I need glasses ASAP after mine had broken the day before, not only did they have same day service to make them but they did so in the hour! Billy, who helped us was very informative, very patient as I was indecisive picking put glasses, she was great! For my first time visiting a Eyemart Express they went above expectations! I really liked my experience with Eyemart Express in New Braunfels. They were very, very patient and helpful while I was choosing the frames. Very efficient at what they do. And very friendly too!.. And my prescription glasses were ready so quickly, done right there in their office. I really appreciate this fact - because at another place (next door) I had to wait a week or two while they send my glasses to be made somewhere else (plus mistakes were made, and then they send them again...). But not here! This is a great place to go for your prescription glasses. You can also come back and they will happily adjust your frames if there is a need to.

Always extremely helpful, friendly, I absolutely Love going to get new glasses, because I see the familiar faces,so many pairs of eyewear to choose from,and the staff is extremely patient with me. I was there yesterday and I'm sure I'll be back again next Month. ( I Really Love Eyewear, and Eyemart Express New Braunfels,has so many to choose from) !! I don't know why my eyeglasses get broken!! We came in tonight at 6:03 and left with two full new pairs of glasses before they closed at 7:00 p.m. My son's glasses had broken and we didn't want to wait two weeks for a new pair like other options offer--Gianni helped us out and was so efficient. I joked after we paid that I was going to run through the Arby's drive-thru to get food for my kids while we waited for them to be made and we'd see what was faster, making two pairs of glasses or Arby's. The glasses won! Thanks for taking this off my to-do list in less than an hour.
