5 Stars (Wish I Could Give More!) I have been a patient at Landa Eye Center for almost three years, and every single visit has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm, professional staff that genuinely cares about their patients. I'm always seen right on time, and the exams are incredibly thorough--never rushed, always precise. Recently, I faced a situation that truly proved how exceptional this team is. As a 100% disabled veteran, I needed additional paperwork filled out. Unfortunately, my VA Primary Care provider refused to assist, leaving me feeling frustrated and defeated. When I explained the situation to the manager at Landa Eye Center, they took immediate ownership of the problem. Within just three days, they had everything resolved--something I thought would be impossible. That level of commitment and compassion is rare, and I will never forget it. The facility itself is spotless, bright, and inviting. Equipment is cleaned and sanitized immediately after each use, which provides an extra layer of reassurance. Their attention to detail is evident in both their clinical work and their patient care practices. Special thanks go to OD Henry Hull and especially OD Patrick Clark for their unwavering dedication to the community and to veterans like myself. They are true professionals who not only meet expectations but exceed them every single time. The staff were great and answered all my questions! Dr. Clark and Dr. Alvarez were very knowledgeable and nice. My son and I felt welcome and like we were in good hands. I feel like my eyes were well taken care of. It was amazing to see the pictures of the back of my eye! I can't wait to get my glasses and would 100% recommend coming here to get your eye exams!

My experience with the actual doctor at Landa Eye Center was wonderful. The technicians and doctors were thoughtful, thorough, and kind throughout the visit. However, my 2-star rating is directed at the business practices. At the start of the appointment, I was only informed that I had a $10 co-pay per child. It wasn't until the appointment was over that I was presented with additional fees totaling $363. You can imagine my shock, as I believed this was simply a routine annual exam to update prescriptions for my two children. There were no changes to their glasses or contact lens prescriptions. Despite this, we were charged "contact fitting" fees, even though they are wearing the exact same contacts and prescription as last year. This felt unethical and dishonest. It is not good business practice to inform patients of significant fees only after services have been rendered. Had I been made aware of these charges upfront, I would have declined the appointments. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to seek a new eye care provider moving forward.

Dr. Smajstrla is wonderful! She is very thorough with the exam and takes time to listen to all concerns we have. She is also very thorough with explanations. The entire office very organized, helpful, and friendly.

Dr Clark has wonderful clinical manner, putting me at ease and thoroughly explaining the difficult with cataracts and a senior person. He helped remove my fear and assured that my vision would improve. His care gives me great confidence and calmness to move forward. He's a wonderful doctor.

I am super pleased with this business for all my vision needs. From the minute I enter the door to the minute I head out, the experience is a good , no, great one. Dr.Patrick Clark is my doctor and he is really really nice, prifessional, friendly, and knowledgeable about anything I asked. He is patient in answering my concerns and has a real genuineness about him. I am so thankful I checked out this business because it far exceeds any expectations I had. Anyone looking for a great place for vision care.....this is the place to check out!

Everyone at Landa Eye Care is kind and takes their time to explain everything upfront and when determining frames and lenses. Dr. Hull is kind and thorough with exams. He spends time with you and answers all questions! He is super knowledgeable :)
