Try calling today regarding my glasses...lady name kira was so rude and short...refuse to repeat her name...stated she was the only person there since they had just open 5 mins ago. I explain to her my reason for my call and she was very short. She stated there was no else other than the receptionist and I could not speak to her. Does she not understand I spend over $200 to be treated like this?

Literally the best eye doctor and glasses store I've been to in a long time. The doctor was helpful and did everything in his power to make sure you could see clearly! The rest of the staff was super helpful with any questions I had. 10-10 will go back!

My prescription was wrong and they messed up my glasses twice first time had a scratched lense when I went to pick them up, second time they did now do the thinner lenses like I paid for. I ended up picking a completely different frame and and still was not able to get the prescription fixed because it is over 30 days from time of purchase even though it took over 30 days to get my glasses done so I can try the prescription out. This place is a joke.

I have been at several locations in the surrounding area and I have to say this one is my favorite. The staff is helpful and the eye doctor went above and beyond to help me. I had gone in with vertigo and wasn't sure if it was my eyes that were causing it. He helped me figure it out even took the time to explain things to me on what I needed to do next to get help. After I went back in because I was having issues with the bifocal contacts and he adjusted the perception to see if it would help me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be going to him for now on and bringing the rest of my family as well.
