When I first became a patient, the service was great but in the last 3 years the service has gone down hill. The staff is not very good. I have had my appointments not made or put on the schedule, and I find out the day of or day before that I have no appointment and I take time off of work for this, this has happened to me at least twice and is very frustrating. I also was not very happy with the service I received the last time I ordered glasses from this office, I waited for 2 months to get my glasses and when I did get them I was not happy with them but did not return them because I did not want to wait another two months. I will be looking for a new optometrist.

Do NOT go here! The staff is a nightmare and they don't know what they're doing!! You'll end up with a bill you were told you wouldn't have. Then when you call, they tell you they'll call you back, but they don't because they're no longer there....two people since my appt a few months ago are no longer there and because of that, my bill was sent to collections. On top of that, I found out that half the bill was from my appt last year, which I never even received a bill for. If I had a bill, why not take my cash while I was there wanting to pay a few months ago and why can't they keep staff? Don't go here!!

Dr. Albright is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. He's very caring, whenever I've had an emergency they always find the way to squeeze me in even if I don't have an appointment. His stuff is always very friendly and helpful.I recommend him to all my family and friends.

I have been going to dr. Albright for around 20 years. I am a senior, and have been to many eye practices over the years. dr. Albright and his team are by far the best. they are different that many eye business. they are concerned about checking for many eye issues. their checkups are very extensive. their entire team are courteous and professional. james whetstone
