I recently had an eye exam at Eye Care New Braunfels, a modern and clean clinic, and had a great experience. I'm hard of hearing, and Dr. Lozano was patient, clear, and very accommodating, making sure I understood everything. She was thorough, professional, and so kind, and the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and organized. I highly recommend Eye Care New Braunfels and Dr. Lozano for excellent eye care!

Eye Care New Braunfels made this the first time I've ever looked forward to an eye exam.
Check-in was quick and the ladies at the front desk were friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lozano was thorough and explained my results in a way that was easy to understand -- and my vision came back at 20/16 (thanks to PRK a few years ago). She also took the time to do a colorblindness test at my request, which I really appreciated.
But the highlight of the visit was CARINA , the tech. She made the whole experience feel calm and easy, kept me informed at every step, and genuinely made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I'd drive from New York just to have her again - she's that good. If you get her, you're in great hands. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about the team at Eye Care New Braunfels. I recently lost my glasses and needed a replacement before leaving for a work trip later that same day. Dr. Lozano's staff was able to get me in when no one else could. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They helped me get a new prescription and set me up with a few weeks' worth of contacts so I wouldn't be stuck without vision while traveling. I'm very grateful for their help--thank ya'll so much!

My husband and I had our first exam here. We were greeted very kindly by the ladies in front desk. At the end, Stephanie walked us through the process and helped us out in picking frames. She was very honest on my selection of frames, which I love because anyone else could you just find ways to buy off of you disregarding your feelings and opinions. But she was very kind and helped me pick frames that better fit my face, and comfort ability due to my high prescription.
