The WORST. Had an eye exam and had to wait 3 wks for my glasses. That proceeded to break in a single day! I go back to have them fixed and they CHARGED ME to send off for new ones! Didn't bother to look at the break. Waited 2wks for new ones and a completely different pair come in! They tried to charge me AGAIN for the correct glasses to get ORDERED. Horrible business and horrible staff. Don't waste your money.

My husband was charged $154 for his eye exam that is fully covered by our insurance and was told by the staff that it would be refunded after the insurance claim was approved. The doctor never put in the order for his lenses. Then when going to pick up his contacts was charged another large fee that was over $200 more than what the insurance states he should have been. There was no refund of the exam. Then after calling the staff states the doctor charges additional fees that are not disclosed.

Very disappointed. I had my 6yr. Child's eye exam and was very disappointed in the process and the ordering of his glasses. I Was told it will take up to 12 days. And...here I am on the 12th day. It's Labor Day and they are closed which is understandable, however with that in mind I called twice and requested a rush and even offered to pay the extra fee. Was denied. I didn't think much of it when I ordered them initially since I was told it usually doesn't take the 12 days.. just very dissatisfied in the way things were handled. May be a one off case. But still wanted to share.

Buyer Beware of this guy. My wife and I made appointments for an eye exam, only the exam was mostly made by staff. When the (ahem) doctor came into room, he NEVER even looked into our eyes! Just had you look into the Phoropter , you know where he says, "one or two. Two or three" ...and so on. He spent maybe two minutes, if that! Then he was outta there. We had VSP override the appointment and we went elsewhere, where by the way, they made a thorough exam. Be VERY VERY CAREFUL when a website gives this many 'stars'.....
