This clinic is amazing! Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming and all around absolutely great. My daughter and I both had our eye exam done, each step.was explained fully to help put my daughter (who is on the Autism spectrum) and myself at ease. They made it very clear what each part of the testing and exam was and why they were doing it. I am so sorry I didn't get any body's name! But all the ladies here are truly so wonderful. We had an amazing experience, from check in, to initial testing, to the exam with Dr Li all the way to picking out frames and ordering glasses. Thank you all so very much!!

Everyone in this business location is professional. My eye doctor Ma Kelly is the best eye doctor. She's patient and thorough. She gave me the perfect prescriptions, I can see clearly now with my bi focal contact lenses and glasses. I highly recommend them. (:

Had these people just said they misplaced the lenses from my glasses there wouldn't be an issue. However, what they did instead was take my glasses and said "the lens in here are the ones you upgraded to and we can tell because we looked at them". So confident with their lie! The lenses in my glasses are the free plastic ones medicaid paid for. Not the upgraded lenses I paid for. Could've just given me my money back but instead I also got "well we already ordered the replacements". I have better service at walmart.

Everyone I encountered was kind and friendly, especially Letty. Dr Hardy is always thorough in examination and is an exceptional listener. My husband and I both feel very fortunate to have found his practice.

Let me start by saying that customer service is top-tier! I had an annual eye exam and from the moment I wanted in, Krysta greeted me with a warm welcome. The paperwork was quick and easy! I then met with Letty before my exam and she talked me through the process. Eye exams make me nervous but she calmed my nerves. I then checked out with Bradon! He was a pleasure to work with. He didn't try to sell me all the deals, he respected what I wanted. I was able to price-match my contacts order. If you're looking for a warm, inviting, family-vibe with great customer service, this office is for you!

Absolutely love this place and love coming here! Everyone is so caring, helpful, and supportive throughout the experience. I have to highlight Braden on staff he is so personable and has such a great attention to detail he's amazing i cant wait for my next appointment!

I don't recommend this place. I got fitted for contacts, went through the fitting and placed the order. They ordered me daily's to try first as I learned how to use contacts. The daily samples they got me werent even the ones I ordered. They were a different brand and dailies, not the monthly's I ordered. They said they would place an order for me of the correct ones and they would be done by the time my dailies were gone. When I called to check on the status after I had no contacts left, they said the order was accidentally never placed so they ordered me new ones and said I would get a notification when they were in. I got a notification that they were in so I went to pick them up and they said there was no order and they were not there yet. I went back-and-forth to this place many times and this will definitely be the last time that I use them.

I have been going to myeyedr for 3 years now for my annual eye check up. I have zero complaints and the staff are friendly. I would like to also thank Lettie for making me feel welcomed. Dr. Hardy is efficient and thorough with his eye exams.
