Had eyelid surgery and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They have a very calm pleasant presence. Any question you ask they willingly answer. All costs were upfront with no surprises. They made sure I knew that if I had any questions or concerns, I could contact them 24/7 and someone would respond.

Appointed was set for 7:45 and office opened at 8:00 am. No one could explain why. Insurance lady said they did not take my Tricare for life. Asked why? When I told her I informed appointment person what insurance I had they did not indicate it would be an issue. They then took my cards. Technicians and Dr were great.
