Dr. Esther was amazing. Best doctor we've seen in years. Great customer service!! She takes time to go over every need. She cares and is very knowledgeable. We most definitely will be going back. When I arrived (on a Sunday, which I found incredibly accommodating), I was greeted with a friendly face and nothing but kindness and patience the entire time. Every step of the exam was explained to me, which really helped calm my nerves. The doctor was so patient, and his calm energy made me feel completely comfortable. He took the time to walk me through everything so I always knew what to expect.
I left feeling not only relieved but genuinely grateful. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at an eye appointment, and I highly recommend them to anyone who's ever felt nervous about going to the eye doctor.
