Michelle has helped me find glasses the last two prescriptions. She can go to the shelf and pull frames that look great on me. She just has a really good eye for that - combine that with her sweet professional personality, you can't go wrong with her helping you! The other staff are great as well, and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. LensCrafters always does a beautiful job with my prescription and mine is complicated! I've been using LensCrafters for about five years now and have never had to send a prescription back for a correction. Highly recommended! I use the location at the Grand Parkway and 59 but I'm sure they are all wonderful.

I visited LensCrafters on Saturday to browse frames for prescription glasses. All of the associates were so helpful-- and one associate even offered me a tray and showed me how to use their shelving to hold my top picks as I browsed their designer frame collections.
At the end of my visit, Alexia, the sweetest store associate, helped me narrow down my selection and choose a frame. She even took note of my current frames and lenses and helped me customize my new frames.
