I had a wonderful experience at the Walmart Vision Center thanks to Jamie Sanchez. She was honest, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She assisted me in picking out two pairs of glasses, making the process much easier than I expected. I usually have a hard time choosing, especially now that my daughter has moved away to help me, but Jamie made me feel supported and confident in my choices. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism -- she went above and beyond!

Went into the vision center tonight to shop for glasses for my granddaughter. Marissa who was in training was very nice and professional. Excellent customer service and my granddaughter was happy with her selection. We even got a 2nd pair for a backup and got 20% off. Prices were great and will be returning. About a month ago I had a rough time at one of my visits to this vision center. After expressing my concerns the Manager Ms. Anna reached out to me, she professionally and respectfully handle my situation with 100% satisfaction on my end. I believe from my mettings with her that she wants to properly serve her customers and wants them to be satisfied with their experience. We are all fast to leave a bad review when treated poorly, so I also must give props where they are due when my situation was resolved above and beyond. I appreciate Ms. Anna and her attention to my matter.
