Target Optical

Alyssa at Target Optical was absolutely wonderful. She took her time, showed incredible patience with my indecisiveness, and helped me find and properly fit the perfect pair of prescription glasses. I'm so grateful for her kindness and attentive service. Thank you, Alyssa, for making the experience such a positive one. And the eye exam with Dr. Than was truly unforgettable. He shared insight and knowledge about my vision that I've never received before and took the time to explain everything with care. This prescription is noticeably clearer than any I've had in the past. I'm incredibly grateful for his expertise and thoughtful approach, an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Yesterday I had the absolute worse experience at this location. I do not remember the girl's name however she wasn't knowledgeable enough for me and half explained my charges and when I got to the register it was a completely different story. Then she attempted to go back and forth with me until I just had enough. Prior to this she asked me if my optometrist told me what eye was giving me issues and I said umm I can't remember. Her response was it's usually on the prescription. When I told her I had it to you she looked at me like umm you did? I was over her by this point. She moved lazy and seemed uninterested and the going back and forth was the last straw. We were literally debating in a whole store full of customers. I will never return to Target optical again. My experience was so much better last year but I will not be spending my money with Target again because of that experience. I should have stuck with my first mind and went to LensCrafters in the vicinity like I said I was.

Had my eye exam a month after Surgery and the DR.( I forgot his name) was super nice and knowledgeable! His recommendations were spot on! Then I made my way into the optical and the Manager Cynthia was super nice and very attentive she also knows her stuff! I had a great experience and definitely coming back for my prescription glasses here! Customer Service is a rare thing now a days but these two people really Care about the Customers!!! They are definitely the reason I will be back!!!!

Johnathan is the best hands down! Everyone else is good too lol but he gone get you what you want! Been shopping here since 22' haven't been anywhere else since! Thanks

Just got glasses and the ladies were awesome so nice can't wait to get my new glasses & sunglasses

I will not be coming back. Always have staffing issues. Came in for just a screw. Lady was nice but store is not as busy for a screw sending me to another store farther and also referring a 3rd party that has delivery misspelled on their business card

The staff was friendly and very helpful with helping me pick just the right glasses!
