Ladies in front literally don't listen. You asked them for an eye vision appointment and a frame appointment and they only schedule you for one. Meanwhile they can't do the eye appointment the same day so you have to come back another day after already waiting 4 to 5 days, those ladies up, there are incompetent and useless and need more training completely unprofessional, and was surprised how anyone can get hired with that amount of skill schedule do a whole reevaluation of their eye clinic just to make sure that whoever hired them and is behind them is even legit themselves Worst experience I've ever had in my life at an eye clinic. If only they could see how bad they're doing their job.

Dr. Ceballos is fantastic! She is very kind and knowledgeable. I would get an eye exam from her. However, anything else, from glasses to contact ordering I would do somewhere else. The staff is very frustrating and does not work. I had to have several repeat conversations informing them my insurance would cover my exam. For some reason for MONTHS they had my payment slip wrong and would repeatedly state that I owe them money for the exam. We would repeatedly come to the same understanding, just for them to text me a few hours or days later confused. We would then come to an understanding AGAIN and AGAIN. I asked for a note to be made in my file to avoid this same misunderstanding and I was met with an attitude. They said if I just paid then their wouldn't be a balance. Advanced Eye Care should have contacted my insurance. They said they would, however I finally had to call my insurance to sort things out, and according to the insurance, Advanced Eye Care didn't even call. The staff could have spent the five minutes I took to call the insurance to figure it out, instead of causing repeated issues with me. The staff is extremely unprofessional. In the future, I will order from some place else.

5 stars for Dr Benevidez. 1 on the. Communication in the office telephone calls I've been trying get ahold of Dr. I have questions and. Symptoms and regarding medication I've been calling the office and I am on hold 10 mins no one gets back on the phone I know they are busy but I also text the number Dr Benividez said to text any questions. No one has gotten back to me I am currently dealing with eye pain and other issues and it's frustrating no one has called me back

Great place to get checked up or buy glasses. The doctors will certainly take care of you.

I've been here twice with my teenage son. Once for glasses, once for contacts. After taking my oldest son, I vowed to return for my youngest when it's his turn. She is very thorough in her exams, while also being friendly and making you feel so comfortable. She is the most personable optometrist I have ever been to, and I've been to a few! I've never purchased glasses from this office, as I usually just take my prescription. I got my son contacts from there today. The fitting/exam was very thorough and the trainer was super patient with him. Unfortunately, they have stopped accepting my insurance, but I like her so much I think I will just pay out of pocket.

10/10 stars! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Benavides Aguirre. It's obvious she cares about her patients, she's extremely knowledgeable about the latest in eye care and she's very professional! Will definitely be recommending all my family and friends to see her.

I set the appointment nearly a month in advance and even set my travel schedule around the appointment, missing an important out of town meeting to hold this appointment. I get there at the assigned time and they had no record of my appointment even though I have record of the call on my call log. I wasted an hour today driving here and back. However, upon my rescheduled return visit, the staff was very nice, the eye exam was thorough and painless. The doctor took her time to explain things well, conversed about life and work, and was very professional. Although there was an original hiccup in scheduling, the overall experience was good and I am definitely happy with their services.

Dr Benavidez is caring. Availability/Appointment times are a little far out, so patients should make an appointment soon. Some dislike that part, but the good thing is it shows they have repeat business from satisfied patients.
