Friendly staff and excellent online customer service. This establishment has many cute frames at an affordable price. They won't charge extra for services like adjustments, measurements or returns. Several convenient locations in/around Odessa make it simple to drive to a store as well! Highly recommended

Most of the representatives are super friendly and really are trying their best to take care of everyone but the company itself needs to do something about this location. This is my first time visiting America's best, I used to go to Visionworks and when I made an appointment I was taken care of no more than 10-15 minutes after my app. I was helped over an hour after my appointment time, just for a virtual appointment. Nowhere online does it say that there is no eye doctor there and apparently it's been a long time since there has been a doctor there. I was very disappointed. I was able to pick up my glasses after about a week which I expected, but when I get there I am told there is only one person there that can make adjustments and that he was busy helping a family put their order in, and that there were multiple people waiting ahead of me. It is just insane and annoying seeing so many people around and only a few could actually assist. Also very disrespectful to your customers to play with their times.

Do your self a favor and avoid this place. Long story I'll keep it short , after all the hoops I had to go through. The month long wait only to get half my order but they took my money no problem. Then when I called to check in on my glasses I order the staff made me feel that they were bothered by me calling. I had No phone calls, no txts no, communication from the girls in the office as they said they would and never did. For where my glasses are or even when they would be in. Lies and excuses as well as passes the buck. No honesty not very professional. I had to get a refund for glasses that got lost or misplaced with in this establishment. What a headache! just go somewhere else trust me. This is the short version.

I actually do like this company they are friendly and accommodating.The reason for the low review is I was given the incorrect prescription in my eyeglasses but had a years worth of contacts so I didnt even realize it until my contacts ran out. I went back on December 26 for a new exam at no cost to me because of the error. I thought they ordered my new lenses BUUUUT noooo because a person didnt understand that prescription they just didnt order them at all. I would have not known had I not called to see what was taking so long. They reordered them and was supposed to see if I could get a temporary set of contacts after sitting on hold for 45 minutes. All I've heard for a week is "I'll check that and call you right back." Nope never happened and now Im just pissed.

I give negative 100 feedback if option available. Ordered glass more than a month ago and no communication either on mobile phone nor on email about updates. Store to mail glasses at home, but even though Glass were ready at Odessa store they didn't mailed and no body called me saying it is ready. More frustration when called, they are totally irresponsible. NEVER GO this store!! Be careful really Frustrating staff.

Went in for an appointment for contacts and found I have some inflammation from using old contacts and was prescribed some eye drops was only supposed to be 2 weeks. Called and said my treatment was finished if I could get a follow up appointment and they said yes, scheduled me out 4 weeks later I said okay no problem that's longer than I thought. The day of my appointment they called and cancelled and scheduled me out another 2 weeks. My appointment was today and they called me an hour before my appointment to cancel AGAIN and wanted to schedule me out another 3 weeks later! I explained to them I had the medical and contact exam done last time I just needed a follow up and they scheduled me another exam that I have to pay out of pocket for. I said please I just need contacts I recently got my nose done and my doctor said I can't have my glasses sitting in the bridge of my nose and I had planned to get my contacts before my nose job. I'm 3 months healed from my nose job and I STILL can't get an appointment with these people. I also explained to them that the inflammation was due to old contacts and they gave me one trail pair I have been using for well over a month already and I'm just going to keep getting the inflammation if they don't help me out and just get me the prescription for contacts and the girl didn't seem to care. Please don't come here. I ended up going to Stanton.

It's been over month I still havent received my contacts. It was difficult to even make a a appointment to begin with . The customer service was horrible . They just put u on hold dont even tell u. They communicate like if ur calling to order food because they dont take the time to speak to your correct. I've been put on hold many times and just left on hold.

On top of being no one moves with a sense if urgency, long waiting for a long waits .There's no doctors on site.All I exams or with doctors that's working from home. If your eye exam doesn't get approved, you have been inconvenienced your whole day to not get anything done. RIDICULOUS FOR A COMPANY TO RUN LIKE THIS.
