Worth the wait time. From the moment i called Ms. Priscilla was absolutely amazing. She was kind and helpful. Dr Farber was completely honest and truly one of the best Drs i have seen. Her staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommend this office.

Dr. Farber is a wonderful optometrist who truly takes the time to get to the root of your eye problems. She's thorough, caring, and makes sure you understand every step of the process. Her staff is also incredibly kind and gentle when checking your eyes, which makes the whole visit comfortable and stress-free. And as a fun bonus -- there's saltwater taffy waiting for you on your way out! It's a great place to be seen and cared for.

This office is truly deserving of recognition. As soon as I walked in, I was nervous, but Pricilla and the other receptionist greeted me with a warm, welcoming spirit and assured me that everything was going to be okay. I also loved the uplifting Christian music playing--it brought me peace. The assistant was kind, gentle, and professional, just like the rest of the staff. When Dr. Farber came in, she was very thorough and compassionate. You can truly tell that she cares deeply for her patients. Her knowledge and dedication gave me hope, and I actually cried tears of relief when I finally heard great news--by the grace of God. Thank you, Dr. Farber, for your care, knowledge, and for being such a blessing. I'm truly grateful for you and your team.

Words cannot describe my feelings about this place but ill give it my best effort. Dr Farber and her compkete staff make me feel like I'm part of the family. She has given me my sight back inc m using reading. The whole experience felt /feels very personal. Everyone there takes good care of you. Dr Farber and her staff explained to me in detail what to expect, etc. The whole experience is perfe including the vest coffee and candy ( taffy yum ) I completely recommend basin eye to anyone needing services and or information about their eyes.
