Dr.Lassa is a great eye doctor. He has been the only one to get my RX right. He not only cares about just her your eye health, but your overall health in general. I wouldn't go to anybody else.. His staff is great and the ladies that help with your glasses are the best.

We have been coming here for a little over 2 years. Myself, husband, and 3 of my children. Ive seen others complain about not being able to bring children, however when a family member has an apt, all the kiddos are with me. The only experience we have with "children" is that no one is to go back to see the Dr other than the patient. Which being a mom isn't my favorite, however i understand and I've come to terms with it as the Dr here just always seems to get it right. Highly recommended! Tips: im not sure how a wheelchair would work in the office, im sure it could be done but not comfortably, as the waiting area is more of a hallway. Maybe just call ahead if need be

The Dr. himself is ok, gruff at times and odd sense of humor but got my Rx right. I've never had a problem with the receptionist. However, next time I am taking my Rx elsewhere. My bad review is for the eye wear staff. I have been trying to get my lenses adjusted 7-10 business days it's been a month and I called they said the lab made a mistake and they have to be redone. They didn't have the courtesy to let me know. Not the first time I've had a bad experience, they say they will call back and they never do and there is always something never their fault.

I'm not one to place bad reviews. But this place was just bad. Bad experience. I literally waited a week for my appointment all to get there and they tell me I can't take my baby. Who is in a stroller and not acting bad at all. If I would had been told this before hand I "as a mother" would had not came. The staff was not polite either. It was as if they were all waiting for me to lash out and have a reaction. Which I didn't. I just says. If I would had know I would had not booked my appointment and left.

I found the doctors dry humor delightful. But more importantly I haven't seen this well in years. No more taking off my progressive glasses to read. The prescription & lenses work on the road & in the office too.

I dont know from where these bad reviews come from. I love this doctor. He is to the point and accurate. I strayed one year and my prescription was wrong was not able to see. I went back he got me right. Thank you for your wonderful service. People don't get your feelings hurt when he tells you the truth.

I truly do not understand how Dr. Lassa and staff could possibly have so many unfavorable reviews posted here. My whole family has been seeing him for years and yes he might come across a little gruff at times but he is very thorough and really cares about his patients eye health. It seems to me that there are just too many easily offended people these days.

All the other bad reviews for Lassa are accurate. We've been going for years and the Dr does seem good, but does have an odd to rude personality. The office makes it seem like they try to make things as difficult as possible so you'll stop using them. Just cancelled all my family's appointments there.
