Permian Basin Eye Care

From the comments & ratings that I read, never do they mention that the Doctor of optometry got their prescription wrong. So I thought to myself "what the heck, I'll give them a try". They got me in fast, I was a walk in so I'm assuming my wait was a tad long. I was busy on my phone so I didn't even notice how long they took to call me. First I spent a good half hour browsing & trying on new glasses. The girl there with the purple hair was awesome, she popped out lenses on sun shades because I liked them for regular prescription glasses. Who does that? Any who, I go in & already expect the doctor to be a lil straight forward, maybe in rude. Due to the reviews from all these pansies on here. The doctor did not disappoint lol he's loud, likes to be all up in your business, well he's very talkative & wants to know the most about u in those 5 minutes. I think that's great, but I'm no pansy & i have tough skin. He's just very blunt & may come off as "rude". He's not, he's actually very pleasant. I'm loud, he's loud, he was perfect for me. But again I'm not a sheltered pansy.

This place is wonderful! The first place that my daughter went to it was awful. There was no connection and you felt like we were just zoomed right through. So she was nervous to go again somewhere else. The lady here Dr cisneros explained a lot. Did a lot of care and tried really hard with my little one so she really enjoyed it. The ladies (and gent) worked very well with her. They also made sure that I understood what was going on. If you want a home town Dr that cares come here!

Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. The office staff was polite and organized. The process to get me into the exam room was great. Once when the ladies were done with the initial exam I waited at least an 45 minutes in the exam room on the Dr. I could hear him talking throughout the hall almost the entire time. Once the Dr arrived he was professional and courteous and answered any questions that I had.

I loved it here . I have tried many other places and this eye doctors beat them by far ! I love how they don't rush and actually take the time to explain and listen . I loved the in depth appointment . The new eye doctor there she was great ! She got my vision perfect and I loved how she did test me with my contacts on as well to see if they wore correct! I most definitely recommend

I was extremely happy with my visit! Everyone, from the phone call I made to schedule the appointment all the way to paying the bill, was wonderful. My exam was more thorough than I have ever received and Dr. Cisneros is determined to make sure I am comfortable in contact lenses again. Eunice was fantastic in helping me pick out frames! I would recommend all my family and friends go here.

10 out of 10! Will recommend to everyone! This place was AMAZING! Customer service was top notch! They took care of my mother who came in for a simple eye exam and they were able to detect something more serious. They followed through with getting us a specialist that same day. I appreciate the staff and both doctors!

Dr. Cisneros is the best! First of all they got my child as a new patient the same day I called in. I took my child in with a very severe allergy in the eyes and she gave him a very thorough exam gave him the proper medications and healed his eyes! The staff is very nice, friendly and very professional! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I came in to order contact lenses today I was on my last pair and lost one today, and possibly purchase a pair of eye glasses. I was met by a rude front desk associate who did not want to order my contact lenses first off because I wasn't a patient there, which has never been a problem when ordering from any other office, and second because my prescription ends in 3 weeks. I would have gladly been open to making an appointment at the practice if the associate would have been a bit nicer and professional. I will never come in this office again and I advise anyone looking to become a new patient to expect to not be treated well in the first 5 minutes of walking in ! I just got off the phone with an office in midland who ordered my contacts in just a few minutes and took my payment over the phone !
