If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. I was repeatedly given different delivery dates for my glasses. I was finally told they would arrive on Thursday, but when I asked for the tracking number, it showed the package had already been delivered the same day I called. When I questioned this, I was put on hold and then told the glasses were actually delivered to the wrong store. So why was I told to come in Thursday if they were already lost? I later went to the store because the assistant manager, Marla, only gave me two options over the phone: pick out a new pair or request a refund. When I arrived in person, I was then told I would have to repurchase the glasses, which made no sense since I had already paid and the store admitted the package was missing . I requested a refund for the amount I paid out of pocket ($122). I was initially told I would only receive $95 due to the exam fee, which I accepted. After leaving and returning to the store, Marla then told me she refunded the wrong amount and that I was actually owed $112. That didn't make sense since I only paid $122 total. At that point, it was clear she did not understand the transactions. Instead of refunding the difference, she attempted to recharge my card, causing even more confusion. I then noticed an additional $77 charge on my account and showed her proof directly from my bank. She laughed and said she couldn't refund anything because she didn't see it on her system--even after I showed documentation. Now I'm left without my glasses and with unresolved charges on my card. Message to Marla: As an assistant manager, your role is to de-escalate and resolve issues--not make them worse. If you're unsure of policies or transactions, it's better to pause and verify rather than give incorrect information. This entire situation could have been handled professionally, but it wasn't.

Christine IS THE BEST! Great Costumer Service! She had patience and overall makes you feel comfortable to ask questions and discuss price options that worked best for me. Thank you for your kindness.

Customer service could be improved here. The lady who waited on me didn't seem very talkative and didn't smile much. Not sure if it had to do with my skin tone but an improvement definitely needs to be made so that certain folks don't feel discriminated.

This business is one of the absolute WORST people to deal with. They never called about an order that was placed a month in a half ago, I then call up there and the manager lady has an attitude with me. I hope they can figure things out up there as the manager is terrible. She follows up with she's willing to place the order for us after she lost my order and has my money. Absolutely ridiculous.

0 stars. Would not recommend. Appt at 3 pm. Arrived at 2:50, waited till 4pm before leaving. Waiting room has 25 chairs if this tells you all you need to know. It's vibe is like a hospital waiting room... overbooked and understaffed. As we checked in I could hear customers complaining as they picked up thier glasses that were obviously the wrong prescription. Super frustrating and waste of time for this BUSY momma!!

Terrible customer service. Marla outright refused to speak to my wife and said, "I'm not speaking to you," then asked if my name was Gilbert when I got on the phone, as if only I mattered. She also refused to process the return. When the manager came out, instead of correcting her behavior, She told me I was in the wrong, said they don't have to listen to my wife, and told me I needed to "sit down and listen" if I wanted a return -- which never happened. Extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable experience.

Have just been calling about when to pick up my glasses. Lady keeps saying I'll get a text I understand that. Was trying to explain to the lady why I needed the glasses so quickly because the ones I am wearing have been giving me a migraine. She seemed very irritated that I kept explaining myself and kept just saying you'll get a text when your glasses are ready was in a rush to get off the phone not very good. Customer service was very rude. Next time I'll go to Greenville

Dr. Nguyen was fantastic and did a great job explaining the whole process. Giovonna was really helpful in finding new glasses for my husband and I.
