Top notch service and care! I've been going here for years. Needed to go to a different optometrist due to an emergency and I was SHOCKED by the difference! This is how vision care should be.

That was the quickest and most pleasant doctors appointment I've ever had. I don't think I even waited 5 minutes and was out of there in about 15-20 minutes I'm guessing. Dr. Agapios has a super warm and friendly personality and is very good at what he does. I'll never go anywhere else! ( Shame on the person who gave him a 1 star review just because they weren't allowed to use the bathroom therefore ruining his perfect 5 star rating. There's a sign on the door clearly stating that the bathroom is for patient use only. They've never even been a patient under his care! )

I have been seeing Dr. Agapios for about 4 years. It is always a great experience when I have my appointments. Add to that fact that his staff is always very friendly and accommodating, so I highly recommend Family Vision for your optometry needs.

My husband and I had a good experience with Dr. E. He was very friendly and did not hesitate to answer any questions we had. His staff was also friendly and helpful with picking out new glasses.

I've been coming here for years. The Dr. is very personable. You can tell building a patient rapport is very important to the staff. It is a small establishment which equals a more personal experience but frame selection is limited. But if you are getting contacts they can have anything ordered for you. They do except most eye insurance and care credit which helps. Overall the easy going environment and the Dr. are the reasons I keep coming back.

My experience with Dr. E and his team has always been personal, fast, and proficient which is why I choose to drive back to Rockwall from Dallas.

Awe man Truly Exceptional visit. Haven't had and examination in years. Dr. E and his staff went straight in and found the root of my problem. They were fast efficient and very friendly. My wife chose this place for me based on my insurance and now she wants to switch OD's Lol...And the best part was the fresh pears on the desk. It reminded me of the trees in my grandmother's yard in Mississippi. Push Up guys Gr8 job. Thanks and God bless your hearts.

Top notch, reasonably priced eye care from a professional and courteous staff. Dr. Agapios and his assistant took the time to not only run all applicable tests, but to explain the results and long term outlooks in plain terminology.
