My family and I have have used Dr Naegele for a few years now and have nothing but good things to say. I tried several other places in Rockwall before finding him and always felt very rushed and waited for long periods before being seen. Dr. Naegele is punctual, takes his time in a very relaxed environment and has a friendly personality. Karen, his office manager, is always fast, friendly and just overall very nice to deal with. It's very hard to find a down to earth and knowledgeable doctor with that small town feel. I'm thankful we found him!

OMG.....Best experience I have EVER had at an eye doctor hands down. Dr. Naegele and Karen (who works in his office) are the BEST. I cannot say enough nice things about them. My boys and I needed to see the eye doctor on a tight deadline and Karen was able to make it all happen for us. We were new patients, but were made to feel like we had been going there forever. My oldest got glasses there and he is thrilled with them. They came in as promised and Dr. Naegele fit them to him personally. If you are looking for an eye doctor where you will be treated like one of the family, then this is the place for you. So glad we stumbled across Dr. Naegele!
