I bought some expensive frames here and the lady acted like I wasn't gonna have any problems. Then I come back to get lenses and the other lady without seeing my frames tells me not all lenses fit. I show my prescription then she tells me they may or may not fit like it's a coin flip? I was like that's not what she told me. Then she tells me they definitely won't fit and asks if I want to order them anyways lol. No refunds or exchanges are possible of course. I leave mad and she tells me to have a nice day.
So I go to Walmart and the Walmart lady sounds exactly like the First Lady I talked to. She says "I don't see any reason ur lenses won't fit". I make sure to record this conversation this time bc there's never any accountability for what y'all tell me. They even have a frame tracer machine at Walmart. I guess at pearle Vision u just order random lenses and hope they fit when they come in. I got my lenses now after all that bs very easily at Walmart. I guess the First Lady was correct. Jesus.

I visited this location to request a pupillary distance (PD) measurement, which was the only thing I needed since I already had my prescription. Although I understand I wasn't an existing customer, I was told this could not be done and was advised to wait for my optometrist, who was closed. Shortly after, I went to Walmart where the measurement was completed in under a minute at no cost. A small gesture of customer service could have made a big difference and potentially earned a future customer. Unfortunately, that opportunity was missed.

Lost my glasses, was in a pinch and Tasha and Leslie were nothing short of amazing!!!!! They worked with the team to get my lenses cut while in store so I could leave seeing again before they closed for the day! Customer Service is alive and I found it at Pearle Vision in Rockwall!!!!

Overpriced Big Time. They took a Pen and changed the prices. Will never step foot in here again. The Company that owns Lenscrafters, Sunglass Hut, Glasses.com owns them. Why are these prices, so high? People fo not go to this place, the Mark up is robbery.

Horrible experience. This office ordered my lenses twice. I was told the manager would come in to personally fit them to my frame on the second attempt. 3.5 weeks waiting and I am again told the lenses still do not fit. Total run around. Staff is only reactive. I have had to call them for any update. Waste of time. Go elsewhere.

Worst customer service experience. $450 on a pair of glasses I'll never wear bc they don't fit. They never explained glass sizing but yet bc they said the frame was too big (I'm thinking oversized bc that's the look I wanted) it's my fault although they never mentioned there is smaller nose bridge sizes nor gave me alternate options. I solely picked a pair of glasses out on shape and no one ever explained the sizing. They definitely don't care about customer satisfaction. I even offered to pay for new lenses if they can just take the frame back I had picked up less than a week ago but they refused. Do not recommend this store.
