My wife and I had been long term patients there. Our last visit caused us to change providers. The staff was down to a single employee and the doctor himself was completely different from our previous visits. He was rude, short tempered and using profanity in front of the patients. We had really enjoyed being his patients but I will not tolerate that approach with my family's care.

Friendly staff with impeccable customer service. Dr. Schmidlap was extremely personable and genuinely cared about helping me address issues with my glasses and a previous prescription I received elsewhere. The entire team was also so helpful in finding the perfect glasses for me.
I called several places hoping to get an appointment sooner because I was having problems, but the customer service at other offices was honestly discouraging. Even though the appointment here was farther out than I'd hoped, I booked anyway because of how kind and professional they were--and it was absolutely worth the wait. Don't go to a chain--go here!

I had issues greater than just needing a new prescription so they sent over a referral to another doctor and was contacted the same day .
