3C Vision Specialists

I came to 3C Vision Specialists for treatment of an eye injury, and the medical care itself has been good. The providers have been professional and thorough. On two separate appointments, I experienced extended wait times throughout the visit. Each time, I waited about 30 minutes in the main waiting room, another 30 minutes after being taken back, and then additional time waiting in the exam room before being seen. This occurred even when I was essentially the only patient in the facility, which made the delays especially confusing and frustrating. Being taken back typically signals that care is about to begin, so the continued waiting stood out. The quality of care has been solid, but improvements to scheduling and patient flow would greatly improve the overall experience. PS: I waited a while after posting this the first time and I've come back to cut another star. My appointment was at 11:00 (arrived 10:52) and I hit submit on this when the Dr. actually walked into the room...at 12:25. Lucky for me, I'm "next." Of course, that would mean more if they hadn't told me that 45 minutes ago as well.

Very short wait time. Friendly staff and Dr Trujillo is great. Takes his time to talk to you and answer questions. I've been with Dr Trujillo over 20 years now! Highly recommend him!

Dr. Trujillo and his staff are always kind, polite and professional. He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and explain my options. He's a good man with terrific personnel. I'm always in and out in a very reasonable time.

Doctor Fernando Trujillo is one of the nicest persons that you will ever meet. He is an awesome doctor. I highly recommend him to anybody. They will not be disappointed. His reputation carries him a long way.

Dr. Trujillo is attentive to detail, his treatment plans are as minimally invasive as possible, always err-ing on the side of caution. On top of all that he explains things well and he's cheerful. Also the office Christmas tree is bomb!

My mom is 94 and gets confused, falls asleep, ad has difficulty getting in the chair. Dr Fernandez and staff are very patient and encouraging with her. They're great!
