Staff was very kind a patient with my daughter. After a big mix up with insurance and appointment status. We were assited with A+ hospitality by our technician. I wish I remembered her name because its rare to be treated with kindness and patience nowadays and she did just that making my daughter really happy.

Was helped by a nice girl In the front who asked me to sit while she was helping another customer. So I sat and waited for 30min, while sitting i hear a male and another female talking In the back. Talking of nothing of business importance just chit chatting. The nice girl came and helped and ask questions the she ask for me to sit In the back and some one help. So sat for a 2 minutes then the lady in the back finally stop talking and ask for me to sign in. I thought she would of helped but nope she went to the front of store. The nice girl did exam. Come to find out the lady talking in the back was the manager . You would think being the manager you have better customer service skills mind you the front of store is clearly visible from the back of store. Maybe if she and tbe male would of been doing their job they could of assisted the nice lady In the front and not have customers waiting.!

Highly recommend!! Great experience. Belinda was so helpful and answered all the questions and concerns I had! Made my kids and husband feel so comfortable! Even put on some Tv so the kids wouldn't be bored while waiting!

I didn't have an appointment and came in as a walk-in, and Alexis was absolutely fantastic. She helped me from start to finish, and even when we ran into a few hiccups, she stayed patient and walked me through the entire process. She even double-checked everything to make sure my prescription was correct. All of the staff was very helpful and kind, and the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. 10/10 -- would absolutely recommend.

Super expensive, but great help. I was able to use my insurance and got 3 pairs of new glasses plus replaced my old pair in which I replaced the lens all for $1,000. Amber and Belinda were super helpful and sweet. She helped me with the process and a payment plan.

Rebecca was SUPER awesome and helpful! First time getting glasses in a long time and she made everything supper simple and fast! Definitely coming back! Ally was also very cool and we are thankful for the nice fun environment!

Where do I start.... I've been at this location twice and never had any issues except for this past time that my 20 year old daughter came in for an eye exam. My daughter ONLY went in in for an eye exam and when she was done they were charging her $1,200!!! I didn't get the lady's name but she had glasses and reddish hair. Thank goodness I was in the parking lot waiting for her in the car. I got down right away and let that lady know my daughter only needed the exam. My daughter told me that she had already explained that she didn't need glasses and said that the red hair lady was being super persistent and asking my daughter if she had a credit card and that she would give her a discount so the total would be $700!!! She also told my daughter "you probably only have like $600 in your credit card right?" Like I get they work on commissions but come on, scamming people is not the way to do things. The way that she tried taking advantage of my daughter was so horrible!! I left that place shaking cause I was holding back. Also, my daughter had to go to work that day and they kept telling her she had to wait there after the exam. They even put there hands on my daughters shoulder to guide her back to her seat. That lady needs to get fired!! Horrible, horrible experience

First time being here for my kids. The staff was amazing! Ally was so patient with my kids, especially with my daughter considering it being her first time and how nervous she was. Came to pick up my first pair of glasses and Belinda & Jorge welcomed me and my husband in the front. Super friendly, attentive and full of information. They made sure my kid's order was exactly what I asked for. Everyone here is amazing. Such a great working team!
