Such a great experience! Getting glasses is always such a hard time for me but I had a great time this time around. They helped choose styles for me, went above and beyond with helping me with figuring out pricing, the whole works. John Paul was made to do this job and I'm so glad I got help from him today. Alice and Hayley also were there to answer any questions I had and were very friendly! I can't wait for my next exam to see the whole team :) thank you for hiring such wonderful people! 10/10!!!

John Paul & katia were amazing when it came to to service and all above when it came to taking care of me today with all I needed. Process was fast and easy. My insurance sucks and gave me such a hard time on things and they made sure to take care of me with all I needed went out of their full way! Will be coming again

Great selection and super friendly service at Militart Dr location. Alice enthusiastically helped me sort through and pick out frames, lens options and delved into my medical insurance to let me know that the price was greatly reduced with a benefit I didn't even know I had! She even provided a 3 month interest free payment plan. So happy!

I had Alice do my exam and walk me through the payment plan and insurance and how I can pay without stressing too much about paying all at once. Veronica was the one upfront who had welcomed me in and just the set vibe in the right direction and I love how all the staff is women. I will be coming back and recommending others as well because glasses are too expensive for no reason and payment plans are the absolute lifesaver.

UPDATE 01/09- I went in to this morning and the manger Chris helped me. He was patient, explained throughly what I need and even give me my trail contacts. He provided very good customer service. Thank you Chris! Absolutely horrible experience. I called yesterday to get my co-pay amount for my contacts the man I spoke to from the store said it would be a $10 co-pay I say great let's schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Today I go in for my appointment and I expect to pay $10 only for the contact exam, WRONG the nice lady I was with said I have to get a glasses exam as well if I'm doing the contact exam which is dumb because I don't want the glasses. So then I said okay how much, it's $95 total. $85 for contact lenses fitting and $10 for the glasses exam. I arrive at 12:43 and don't leave until 2:20 with a sorry outcome. I tell the lady I need to leave because I am in a rush and she checks me out before doing so I ask about my trail of contacts since helloooooo I did the exam and she said they didn't have my contacts that I needed so I said okay can you order a trail pair and she said she can't order a trail unless I purchase my order. Okay if that's the case why wasn't something said ahead of time? Like " hey there isn't a guarantee you will get a trail today and it's with a purchase only". I have no complaints of the nice lady Alice that helped me other then the time all around for my set appointment and how I didn't receive what I needed.
