Everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help and gave me their full attention.
I did feel a little overwhelmed by some of the add-ons and options, and I wish I had a clearer understanding upfront of what everything included and what my choices were. That part felt a bit confusing for me.
However, when I shared my concerns, they were kind and understanding. They even offered a discount and ultimately honored my request for a full refund when I felt like I purchased too much. The five star review is because I truly appreciate the level of professionalism meant a lot.
Overall, I believe they care about their customers and want to provide good service. I'd just recommend asking plenty of questions and doing your homework if you've never purchased glasses so you know what's out there so you can feel fully comfortable with your decision. I need a re-do and would visit JP and his team again.
