My wife, daughter, and I, have been coming to Dr. Abramson for the last five years to get our eyes checked and let me tell you he delivers excellent service every single time! I do not mind driving across town to visit his office because the man is consistent, brief, accurate in his prescriptions, caring and genuine. A top-notch professional

This doc has been my son's optometrist a few years now....today is went and saw true character which made me and my son walk out. I just want to tell anyone who may be in an "abusive" job setting to please get out. Noone should be be little in front of PATIENTS or COWORKERS EVER. He belittled his receptionist and then rolled his eyes in disgust when he overhead me telling my 16yr old son that thats not what any Doc or Noss should do. If yall are patients there then u know the reception area is like a 10x10 foot area. Me..my son and another patient were waiting and he was so rude to his receptionist. I saw true character that moment and I had to leave. Thank for listening

Update: I went back again and had a 10/10 experience. Thank you for your kindness I had a really good experience here, the doctor is really nice and extremely helpful. Thank you so much!

I moved to San Antonio in 2005 and so glad I found him. Last min appointment options are helpful and he's so nice. Thanks, Dr. Abramson.

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Jack was extremely kind and the overall visit was quick.

This visit was UNCOMFORTABLE! Went to go get a checkup because I haven't been to an eye doctor in years. Me and the doctor were having small talk and it was going well until he began to mention some very concerning subjects. Not once did I ask or mention anything about political or world problems. He said, and I quote, "these women are shooting fentanyl up their arms to kill their babies." He also said that I would strain my eyes looking at all the women in school. I'm out of school and my husband was sitting outside the office. I really did not want to get into any debate or argument while this dude has his hands on machines near my eyes. -10/10 would not recommend. Do better. Their dog was cute though.

Walked in to renew my prescription. Told me that I had an eye infection even though I had no discomfort, was very confused. The three people in front of me were told the same thing by him, very odd. I had to pay for eye drops and $150 for "3 weeks worth" of checkups for him to check the progress of my eyes then once they heal I'll have to pay more for the actual eye exam and a $90 charge for fitting my contacts (whatever that means). For 2 weeks I would come in every 2 days just for him to say that my eyes haven't healed. I went to another optometrist and he told me that my eyes were perfectly healthy. Very annoying experience. I don't recommend this place. Go to Americas Best if you need anything eye related. It's cheaper and they are way nicer and more in depth than this phony.

Dr. Jack is a true professional. I have come to him for a few years for regular eye exams and without fail, he and his front desk staff have provided a quick and friendly experience. Dr. Jack is able to determine my exact prescription right away with truly impressive accuracy. A+ experience
