Dr Heston is a great od. He is fast, very thorough and caring. The best part is everyone in his office is very friendly and professional. He always remembers me when I go in for an exam. And when you go for your appointment they always see you right away, I have never waited more than a few minutes for my exam. Highly recommend

I've seen Dr. Heston on two occasions (glasses and contact exams) and he has been the most knowledgeable and thorough optometrist I've ever seen and I've been wearing glasses since Jr high(I'm 32). I will definitely continue to come to him moving forward! Also want to mention how sweet and attentive his receptionist is. Between them two, they make a great team!

I've really enjoyed coming to get my eyes checked here! The office is really clean, and I've always been taken in on time. Eye exams have been very thorough and everything is explained in a way I can easily understand. Also the receptionist, Janis, is very sweet! I will definitely be a life-long patient here!

Dr. Heston & his wife/office manager are wonderful. They are efficient (I've never waited more than 10 minutes) while still providing exceptional patient care. Dr. Heston is funny, knowledgeable, and a wealth of random facts. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, offer recommendations, and thoroughly answer any questions you have. Compared to eye exams I've had at chain vision centers, this is (by far) the most comprehensive eye exam I've had, at an extremely reasonable out of pocket price. The other thing I appreciate is there's no upselling at the end of your exam. They're an independent practice, so you get solid recommendations, but there's no pressure to buy contacts/glasses/other products at the end of your exam. The Walmart vision center is adjacent, so you have the option, but it's entirely your choice. I cannot recommend them more highly, and if you've been delaying eye care because you haven't found a provider you like, I hope you'll give their practice a try.

Both Drs. Heston are great! Our appointments always run on time, check in and out is efficient and "bed side manner" is top notch. Office space is always clean and they are taking extra precautions during the COVID pandemic to keep their patients and themselves healthy. Janice has the kindest personality and is so incredibly helpful and accommodating.

We've been going to Dr. Heston for years now. He is a great optometrist and he and his wife do whatever they can to help us with our insurance, getting the best deal possible, etc. They're closed on Mondays, but they're open on Saturdays. So if you work during the week, you can get an appointment on Saturdays. Dr. Heston does contacts and glasses exams. If you do a contact exam, he does the exam, then gets your contacts and gives you the first set for free so you can decide if you like that brand and make sure the prescription is perfect. When one of my daughter's was attacked at work they got her in the next morning to be sure that there was no damage to her eye. Dr. Heston, and his wife, are wonderful caring people who truly enjoy their jobs. I would highly recommend them for all your optometry needs!

I have been going to Dr. Heston for many years and have always been very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of everyone in the office. Recently I had the the pleasure of meeting his son whom has now joined the practice! Top Notch service!
