I really appreciate the last minute service that they provide here. The employe JJ took his time to assist me. I came in distress with my broken glasses and needed new frames urgently as I cannot wait for an order to come in. JJ took his time to find suitable frames and used the same lenses I had. I've been to multiple eyeglasses shops and they could not do what JJ did for me. I can now feel comfortable to continue my life without this stress. Thank you.

Double, no triple check any work you have done here, and let this place be a last resort.. Initially coming into the office I seen a red flag, there was a family (husband, wife, and child) in the office complaining about why thier child's frames were cricked. I didn't think much of it and waited my turn. I had a pair of drill mounted lenses made for some very expensive frames that I own, I paid out of pocket and withing a few hours I had my new lenses and was ready to go.. Not even a full week later my lenses were cracking, so I called the office and Terry (store owner) told me to come in and they'll replace them for free.. So I came in and there was a man there named Jonathan who made my second pair of lenses, few hours past, and done, however this second time I didn't even make it out of the parking lot before I noticed my frames were hanging sideways off my face.. I called Terry once again, she told me to bring the lenses back and they will replace them.. Now I'm on my 3rd pair of lenses and they're cracked all over again, I went to another eye doctor/glasses store to see if the can fix them and they burst into laughter when they seen my shattered lenses.. This other store said they hadn't ever seen such bad work done before, so I called Terry to see what we can do and she told me to bring them back and pay $86 to fix them, mind you I already paid $330.. I'm confused as to how companies like this stay in business, since when does a customer have to pay for something a retailer/service provider has done wrong, not once but 3 times??? I feel like Terry has earned 1 star because she is nice and easy to talk to however her lack of taking responsibility and doing fair business has made me seek services elsewhere.. be careful, and triple check anything you have done at AfterHours.. I will not recommend this store..

The customer service here is amazing. I brought in my glasses to have my bent frames straightened. I did not even buy my frames there. He spent 30 minutes bending my frames back into place and cleaned them and even installed new pads for where they touch your nose. He then said, "the charge is just a smile" and shook my hand. What a blessing after I had to spend $130 at the vet next door. Thank you so much. Mark

Called in this afternoon to get some info on getting new glasses. JJ was extremely rude, didn't help me but just gave me an attitude. I understand when individuals don't like their jobs. I get it's Friday at 7:30pm and he doesn't want to be there but that does not mean you can disregard customers questions. Chelsea took over the phone and was much nicer but still had an attitude. They said if we don't like it talk to the owners. It's unfortunate they had to act like this and will be taking our business else where. I do warn others from coming to this business. All we wanted was new lenses for my son and this is my first bad review I have ever left in my life which shows my frustration.

Had an amazing experience! Everyone was so friendly, explained everything to me as we were going through the process, and I was able to walk out with my glasses within an hour of my exam. Definitely recommend!!

**DO NOT GO HERE NOT CONVENIENT** Go to a LEGIT optometrist they don't have one on site. Owner are very rude , Older female and Larger male. Closed in the middle of the day for 2 hours when I called in the morning needing to pick up my prescription. Owners only want to work when it's convenient to them and won't help get your documents because "the lady that does it is not here until after Thursday" on a Monday. Sorry excuse for a business. Will be staying away from them and anyone related to their business.

This is the place to go! A nice, friendly, family-owned business. My dad (85) lost his glasses and needed replacements right away. The nice people at After Hours Optical arranged an eye exam for my dad on a Saturday evening, and had him happy and seeing clearly that night! The people here take a personal touch and try to work with all schedules and budgets. I highly recommend After Hours Optical! Very nice folks!

I called this store beforehand to make sure they took our insurance and the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, everything was extremely seamless. They showed us what frames would be covered and even brought out more frames from the back to look through, which my kids ended up selecting. The person helping us even looked in the back again for some time for my daughter who liked a specific type of frame. He found them for her and we ended up choosing them. After some quick paperwork we waited about 30 minutes and both glasses were complete. My kids were so excited and happy with their glasses. Great service - we will be back!
