America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Great experience at America's Best! I finally found a good place for my eyewear needs. But what really made my visit special was Kenny, the customer service staff. He's amazing! Very friendly, attentive, and patient. I'll definitely be back!

My experience at America's Best was excellent. The wait time wasn't long, and the professionalism of the staff was awesome! I would like to say Presley was very patient with me, and very thorough in explaining my options. That to me speaks volumes.

I've been using America's best for many years the customer Service , the professionalism the knowledge of this staff is impeccable. today I went in there was greeted by a young lady named Presley. I also met a young lady name, Isabel, and by far Dr. Bendert is a true professional. She explained a lot of things to help me understand about my vision and I can tell that she loves what she does and for those reasons kudos to the entire staff. THANK YOU

I wrote a review yesterday about the issues I had with this store and gave it a 1. I went back today and spoke with Thomas the manager and he help me out more than I was expecting. He was so nice, patient and helpful. I feel like if I would have spoken with him yesterday the issue I had would have not upset me so much. So after my visit today I had to change my rating.. Thomas was amazing

Finally decided to get new glasses after years of using an old prescription. Came here and check in was a nightmare, none of their iPads worked for paper work. Waited over 45 minutes even though I scheduled an appointment. The real issue came with my script and order. I was checked out under another patients account. I was also given her prescription that was completely too strong for me. I was given all of her private info, a major HIPPA violation, her address, phone number, date of birth, everything. I got a severe migraine for days after using the contacts that were the wrong prescription for just 6 hours. When the mistake was caught the receptionist was rude and very judgmental, she constantly tried to make me believe that I did not pay, was never seen there, ect. I got my correct script after going in person to get a new contact trial, I was refunded the price of my frames. Very frustrating and disappointing over all, I had to wait almost 3 weeks to get my correct glasses, I already have neurological issues with my vision, the migraine attack from the lenses was the cherry on top. Go to a local optical, not a chain. I learned my lesson

i got an eye infection there awhile back because there was makeup on the eye exam machine. DO NOT COME HERE THEY DO NOT CLEAN THEIR EQUIPMENT. when I first went to my eye appointment, I took off my glasses and put my face on the machine. I could not see very well through the machine so I stepped back when I stepped back. I realize there was makeup all over the machine. I asked them to clean it down. Then the next day, my eye was almost swollen shut. when I went there to show them how swollen and infected my eye was they didn't have anything to say.

This office was amazing!!! The staff is professional and courteous to all customers. When we were their another patient came late demanding to be seen with being rude and childish to staff members is unacceptable behavior! The staff handled the situation professional! I know if it was me I would have told that patient to take their business else where! I for one do not condone rudeness not child behavior! And to to the extreme to ridicule the staff and the doctors shows hows childish this patient was I truly hope and pray that person finds peace and learns to remain humble and not be a. Child but thank you Americas Best for always going beyond for my appointments and reassuring all is going as planned with glass orders and follow ups as need continue to be AWESOME!! I can see again thanks to the staff at your locations

I've been going here for years and have never had a problem. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. My latest encounter was with Manuel. I am a federal employee and I'm not getting paid due to the government shutdown. Manuel was patient and helped me find the cheapest price and best discount since I need to see for my job but have no income coming in. I am so appreciative! Thank you so much!
