I'm not sure if her name is Marisa.(sorry if incorrect) but she was diligently looking for my file and after a good amount of time found it ,but my point she took the time and the store was busy so my gratitude to her especially,for having the patience and everyone there for the professionalism

Went in to get replacement frames, ended up walking out with purchase of two new frame prescriptions with thinner poly lenses and anti reflection coating. Although initially getting the feeling I was being rushed due to it being around lunchtime from one of the associates, ISADORA stepped in and answered all my questions and took over to complete my sale. At this point I didn't even mind spending the extra money on upgrades and better frames, Thanks again for the help Isadora

Staff is rude. Dr. G is rude. You are an inconvenience if you return unsatisfied with your prescription. I am a paying customer. Remember that :-). Also received the wrong trials originally, front desk said "she's angry", which I was not, I was frustrated. If I was angry I would've caused damage at the office.. Did not stop returning till I got what I wanted. Sorry not sorry.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Campbell was so informative on my daughter eye sight. Also Alyssa help out so much on getting my daughter the right lenses and frames. She was very patient and understanding of what my daughter was looking for.

Ordered contacts through them... did not arrive the day that was stated. They said they would text once they received them, a week went by and didn't receive notice. Called and receptionist said they had them for 2days already. But I never received notification. 1 star for poor communication.

If I could give nothing I would! They took forever with the exam about 2 hrs and then the worker JESUS start getting sarcastic and rude. Then he started taunting us.. walking back and forth and rolling his eyes and whistling right behind my partner...... then the manager was just as rude giving attitude not even caring ... and basically made us seem to be the problem. It's crazy how unprofessional they are at this location. We weren't the only ones complaining. We even called corporate but idk if they really take things like this seriously ... if ur going to work in a place of customer service then actually take pride in that... worst place I have ever been smh
