Awful. Dr Luevano was rude and unhelpful. Explained things like I was a physician and got frustrated when I asked questions. I've worn glasses 20+ years and I have never experienced such an awful interaction with a doctor. No bedside manner at all. The staff did not care to help. They cared more about going home. Joke of an establishment. You could go literally anywhere else and get better assistance.

I have been a costumer here for a couple years and never had an issue until today. The manager was not helpful at all and offered no solutions. However the sales associate Mia was able to help me. She was kind, professional and attentive.

Very unprofessional office staff, doc is great though. The staff lacks order and work ethic, most looked like they rolled out of bed put wrinkly dirty clothes on. They act very childish, laughing and giggling uncontrollably. Made patients uncomfortable. Dress code should not include yoga pants. Please get staff that represents your company in a good way.

I would give this location -10, when we arrived there is a bad smell odor come from the place, after we checked in they asked us to sit at the waiting area. The smell there was really bad, we couldn't handle this place. Very bad smell come from everywhere. I got a headache because of that bad smell. We couldn't handle it and we ended up going back to the front desk and canceled the appointment and just went out. It's horrible. How come a medical place like this? Have this bad smell other it's harmful smell,OSHA should know about this place. It's go horrible
