America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had an amazing experience at America's Best. From start to finish, the service was excellent and the staff was welcoming and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses at affordable prices, making it easy to find something both stylish and comfortable. I especially want to recognize the manager, Christie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt confident with my purchase. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care really stood out and made the whole experience stress-free.

I had an appointment at 2:30 and arrived a minute late, no big deal. As soon as I arrived, I was informed that the appointment would be virtual. That's odd. I wasn't informed of this when I booked the appointment online and no one called to let me know- but I already took the time off work so I went through with it. The initial screening was easy and done within five minutes of my arrival. I want to the bathroom and the virtual appointment process was explained in further detail. Then the waiting began. I sat for about 20 minutes waiting for the doctor to come on the screen and so the exam. I was telling the store associate that I was only going to wait five more minutes before I left. I was the only person in the office and it was about 3:00 pm now. A few minutes later the doctor appeared online- looking bored. The conversation felt lazy and I had to ask her to repeat herself because I just couldn't understand what was being said. The traditional eye exam took place with the store associate acting as the hands of the doctor. Doing three additional exams and repeating what the doctor said to me in a way I could understand. I get that the doctor does these appointments all day, with many people and probably says the same thing with every client/patient. But the appointment felt generic and this is my once a year visit. I don't understand jargon and I definitely didn't attend medical schooling but I'm also not dense. This felt like an inconvenience to her and I mentioned that to the next associate I spoke to. Destiny is a gem. She's personable and friendly and took a genuine interest in what I shared with her about my experience with the doctor. I left my appointment at this point because I was definitely not feeling it. I came back later in the afternoon and Destiny took care of me again. She let me know she would inform her superiors of my experience which I was grateful for and it made me feel heard. She completed my order and made conversation which distracted me from my experience. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is the doctor. Im paying for services and an exam. It felt inadequate and I personable. Thanks for the redeeming experience Destiny!

Great eye exam with Kimberly; however I ordered contacts and haven't received them. After waiting 14 days, I called and they said they would put a rush on it. Nope, same problem. The GM was very nonchalant and not able to find out why the contacts were not be shipped out. Basically, I had to go to another location to receive my contacts.

All the staff, on the phone and when I walked in were very helpful to me. The eye doctor Kimberly Kim made sure that my eyes were exactly to my unique prescription and she was very patient during the eye exam. I met the woman that took my phone call in person she was also very pleasant. Thanks again

went in after some issues with my contacts and had continue to have the best experience I've ever had at an optometrist. The doctor (Kimberly Kim) used the manual method to test my eyes and proceeded with a personable story. I felt that she listened to my concerns and spoke to me on a level I understood. These extra steps she took reflect care. As for the front staff, they assisted me with my contacts, ended up tightening my frames and even gave me a case for them to get home safely. I asked to speak to a manager to give in-person feedback but they weren't there which surprised me even more. Can't believe how well the team worked together! Special shoutout to Kristi, Iris, Celeste, Viviana, and Roseann. You guys went above and beyond in the customer service department. See you guys soon!

Very great service from the doctor as well from the staff. Made the experience super easy and quick, answered all the questions I had to the best of their ability as clear as possible. Was also able to use their new form of payment with Affirm which gave me the opportunity to make the purchase of two pairs of glasses by installments.

I came in with a screw missing and Kristy was a big help she fixed my lenses and got me going back again very satified and would recomend that kristy she take care of you!

Took my son here and we will definitely be returning to this location! They were so patient with my 10 year old son. Would definitely recommend this location!
