America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had such a wonderful experience at America's Best thanks to Kelly! She assisted me with finalizing my contact prescription and made the entire pickup process so smooth and stress-free. As someone still getting used to contacts, I really appreciated how patient, kind, and knowledgeable she was. She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was correct with my prescription, and explained things clearly without rushing me. Customer service like that truly makes a difference. Kelly made me feel comfortable and confident walking out with my contacts. Thank you again for being so helpful and professional!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager here is no help whatsoever and is not knowledgeable on the policies and procedures for America's Best. I've been waiting for over a month for a refund because the associates there do not know how to assist customers properly and how to process a refund. Corporate customer service was also no help whatsoever, I requested to speak to a supervisor that could assist me and there has to be a "request" that takes 1-2 business days for them to attempt to assist me. I paid in cash but I have to wait over 3 weeks to get a "corporate check" but it's been well over a month, so I called to see what's taking so long and the associate from this store never put in the refund properly. Now I apparently have to wait 2 more weeks in order receive a refund. So a total of 6 weeks to get a refund is absurd. Americas best needs to take accountability!

I've been calling all morning and I've been hung up on twice and now I've been put on hold immediately after calling. The receptionist have always been rude here and service is terrible. No text received about glasses or when to pick up. Receptionist is dismissive on the phone and doesn't greet properly. I can hear them pick the phone up then put it on hold. It's opening they aren't busy. They answered the first time then put me on hold for an asinine amount of time. I asked for a supervisor then told I was speaking to the supervisor I proceeded to ask about my glasses again and I'm told FINALLY that one pair is ready after being condescending and telling me I just came in 10 days ago. She then told me I would receive a text and call when they're ready I've never received a call or text message. When I went in for my appointment the receptionist working was condescending and rude. I'm always uncomfortable in that building but I've been going since I was 10 it's just a habit at this point. Trying to get a hold of this office is pulling teeth. I came in for my appointment and they gave me paperwork to do which I've not done since my pregnancy and I wasn't notified I'd be doing any. My insurance pays and exuberant amount when the prices I pay at the end of the appointment don't match. My grandmother worked for Americas best when they were in Washington and she stopped going years ago because the quality of staff has tanked and I agree once I get my glasses I will not be a returning client

Worst people working here. I came in to purchase contacts after the optometrist had me use trial contacts. When I came in to make my actual purchase for the contacts I feel fit best, I was laughed at by both ladies working there. The two of them blatantly told me that the two pairs of contacts I was given were actually the same. So I, personally, decided to not purchase contacts because the lack of professionalism from Loanda and Ruby made me actually want to just get up and leave the store. If I could rate a zero, I would.

I came to get my glasses adjusted and a copy of my prescription. My glasses were loose on my face and I typically come in frequently to get them adjusted. I gave them to the gentleman and when he returned them to me to the frames broke in my hand as I was going to try them on. I've been wearing glasses since I was 11 years old and this has never happened to me. I'm disappointed that they were unable to come up with a solution on their own, rather I had to recommend they just give me a pair of my contact prescription (luckily I had that). I'm not hard on my eyewear and I alternate between wearing contacts and regular lenses regularly. Eyewear is expensive and now I have to purchase new glasses at my own expense. I will be going somewhere else to purchase new frames. So much for being an Eye Care Club member. 10AM on 7/21/25 151 location in Westover Market

Sabrina is terrible and her customer service is terrible! I was told $15.00 not $52.50 for copay . Never will be back here the way she gets all happy and joyful about talking to her coworkers she needs to be with her patients.

I was overcharged $390.00 and after two visits to the store to explain this error, the charge was not reversed. Predatory theft. It was a disappointment because I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years. I don't want your condescending apology, I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!
