I've been a patient here for a few years now, usually the eye doctors office isn't an enjoyable experience for anyone who has to make frequent visits, but what changed that for me was Dr. Parra and Severa. I've never felt so understood and heard until I met them, and sometimes being heard is all you want. They take the time to listen to you, they're knowledgeable and helpful, and they really make you feel like family. Kindness and professionalism across the entire staff, highly recommended.

My prescription has always been so terrible since I was a child. I could NEVER be without my glasses. Having spectacle independence has always been a dream of mine. I found Andres Parra MD and after reading his biography, I booked a consultation right away! Unfortunately I was not a good candidate for LASIK but I was for another refractive surgery called PRK! He answered all my questions, explained thoroughly what the surgery was, and overall made me feel like a star patient! My PRK surgery with Dr. Parra was on 03/01/2024 and throughout the surgery he was very sweet, thorough about what was happening/what to expect next and kept making sure I was doing okay. Once we were done, he even checked up on me the next few days making sure I was doing okay! It's been a week since my surgery and I never thought I could go about my days without needing glasses or contacts! I am so grateful I got to meet Dr. Andres Parra and chose him for my PRK surgery!

I was referred to Dr. Parra by a friend and now I understand why he was so highly recommended. Dr. Parra is super knowledgeable, very friendly, and made me feel assured and confident. I had Lasik done and went from not being able to read signs on the road to 20/15 vision within a week.
