Dr. Webb has the patience and calm demeanor to make my 5yr old feel comfortable getting an eye exam. Have not been to a better optometrist

The only reason I have stayed with Dr. Webb for so long is because of his skill and the effective way he engages his patients. He has been extremely personable and caring toward myself and my children. The service in his front office and optical office is not very good at all. Expect long wait times and less than friendly staff (although not ALL of them are this way). Also, some of the staff are not very knowledgeable about their job. The other day I had to spell "diagnostic" and "nodule" to one of them, and she didn't seem at all apologetic or humble about it. Like I said, howver, Dr. Webb is an EXCELLENT doctor! I just wish he would spent extra time and resources finding more qualified staff.

I may sound old fashion yet I want to express to Dr.A.Webb & staff if they really read these reviews. Customer services counts for 75% of your survival as a public servant and surviving your business. Dr.Webb is a very courteous, caring and professional doctor. Which is rare when you have to trust someone for your eyes. (Which is the second most important thing needed for my health). Yet I have a complaint of his staff in his front office at W.W.White Rd. I don't know how they were selected, but I know he needs to know that they make a reflection of him. I moved out of the city yet I wanted to continue seeing my eye doctor in S.A. Upon my appointment twice (driving 3 hours to get there) they had moved my appointment then told me upon my arrival they had tried contacting me to advise me concerning my medical verification. The second time I ran late and one of the young managers stated to me, "well don't they have O.D. in your town/city?" (I'd even advised the office manager over the phone of my complaint and was told it would be addressed. No call back from her or the doctor) I have a medical condition that I now have to pay out of my own pocket for prescriptions. My doctor previously made this uncomplicated. I miss doctor Webb, but not his staff ethics or management.

The worst staff ever! I have been trying to get contacts since April it is now August no one in this office communicates it has been the biggest run around and flat out poor customer service! Have left several messages to speak to Dr Webb , but have not heard from him yet. I am willing to bet the messages were not delivered. If you want prompt and courteous care go somewhere else! I wouldn't even give them 1 star but that is my only option.

Dr.Webb is a wonderful & very friendly person,,.I haven't been 2 him in a while but every time I need an eye Dr, I am always glad 2 go back 2 him. I have never had problems b4 with staff & I still love my glasses, that I still have 4rm my visit a few years back.

I love Dr. Webb! Perhaps the ppl who don't care for the doctor or his staff has a bad attitude going in, get what you give. I think the doctor and staff should be able you rate the clients. Attitudes might change?

His office manager needs and attitude adjustment. She's absolutely rude and is very condescending. The staff should get on the same page. The wait is ridiculous! Now, let's get to the exam. He suggested with me how he just got re-married just over a year ago, yet he spends the entire time talking to my breasts! . Flirting with your patience is absolutely unacceptable a and totally unprofessional. I began seeing you several years ago and happened to be there to witness you fighting in the parking lot with two women screaming over who has been dating you exclusively. Dint get me wrong, you're a good doctor, but I think you spend more time flirting with your patience than treating them or getting your staff straight.

Dr Webb is a outstanding eye doctor. He treats his patients with kindness and respect. My children and I have been patients for decades
