Great doctor but extremely long wait times. I've been here for 3 hours and still waiting I've seen two people reschedule get up and walk out. I have one day off and another appointment on the other side of town today.
I'd recommend anyone seeing him to bring a lunch and your medications.
I skipped breakfast to get this done and now Im starving.

This place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME! My wife use to come here in 2015 and she would always spend at least 3+ hours to get seen. She got a referral recently and somehow got Dr. Baribeau again her appointment is at 2pm and she just got called back to see the technician at 2:47pm. Once shes done with the tech it will be another couple hours and when you ask if they are running late they just laugh and say yes, its 5 pm and we are still waiting! Ridiculous avoid this place!

I went with my loved one for a eye doctor appointment... they are too relaxed and not efficient... they waisted too much time from seeing every patient.. and we got at 9am and it already 12noon and still my loved one is waiting ... awful place to see a doctor and wait wait wait wait wait... bring a blanket

You will not be seen at or anywhere near your scheduled appointment time. We waited almost 2 hours to be seen and when I asked they said that's the norm. They overbook and the actual appointment when seen by the Dr. is about 10 minutes. They will charge you a $75 fee if you cancel or are late but it's ok for the doctor to run 2 hours late. Doesn't make much sense to me other than overbooking to collect co-payments forcing patients to wait the 2+ hours to be seen. Experienced this twice within a few weeks and just cancelled our follow up appointment. My advice if you decide to see this doctor is don't take the early appointments, take the late afternoon appointments so you don't have to wait 2 hours to be seen.

I saw Dr. B for a second opinion on adult strabismus(eye muscle causing misalignment ). I had trouble finding a second Dr in Austin so I made the trek to SA. I was initially told by the first ophthalmologist in austin to go through with surgery. Dr B measured my eyes vigilantly and used different tools to directly manipulate the muscles to misalign but they never did. He concluded there was absolutely zero evidence of misalignment! As a young woman I sometimes become concerned about my appearance, I hesitantly (didn't want to sound self absorbed)explained this to him, and his kind, frank, and objective opinion from him and his female assistant regarding this really helped me not be so insecure, and that means so much to me. Thank you so much to Dr. B and his genuine team!

If I could give this place no stars I would. Had an appointment at 3:30 p.m. Took an hour to be called back. I've been sitting here for 2 hours now waiting to be called back again. When I approached the front desk the lady was rude & told me I had 8 people ahead of me &that each person takes about 15-20 mins to be seen & i was looking at 3 more hours because they had more walk ins than expected. What's the point of making an appointment? I was told you knew how long you were expected to wait right? I said yes the woman told me max 2 hours & nothing has happened. How inconvenient & moronic to assume people have all this time to wait here for less than mediocre service. I will never come back to this place & I suggest you dont come here unless you have almost have your day to waste. Save your time, money, and sanity & visit another place. This place is horrible all around.
