When for a second opinion on a new prescription and I felt heard and understood. I feel so much more comfortable with the new prescription and will be taking my family there. The ladies/staff are amazing!!! 100% recommend this office. Keep up the great work!!!

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at our eye appointment! From the moment we arrived, both receptionists were so kind, welcoming, and helpful they made everything smooth and easy. Lisa was absolutely amazing and took her time helping each of us find the perfect pair of glasses. The doctor was also incredibly sweet and patient, especially with my daughter who is autistic, and made her feel completely comfortable during the exam. Both my daughter and I ended up needing glasses, and we're so happy with them they fit perfectly and have worked out great! We're truly grateful for the care and kindness from everyone in the office. I'll definitely be recommending this eye clinic to all my friends and family in San Antonio!

The ladies at Bluebonnet optometry are wonderful! Their friendly smiles and pleasant demeanors make the whole experience truly enjoyable. Dr Gandara is so attentive and personable and you can tell she really cares about her patients. My kids and I will keep visiting this location.

When I was making the appointment online, it was so easy. Filled out the forms easily online. Once we arrived for my daughter's we were greeted and everyone in the office was so nice! Highly recommend and we will permanently making BBO our optometrist for life. Dr. Gandara and staff were all amazing.

Bluebonnet Optometry is a wonderful place to go for all your eye needs! The interior is inviting and music is calming and all the workers are friendly and kind. I didn't have to wait a long time to be seen, and Dr. Gandara was also friendly and kind, explaining what she was doing with each step and making sure I was comfortable and informed. I would highly recommend this place!

Dr. Gandara and her staff are very professional and sweet. They make you feel so welcome. The office is nice and clean. The staff sanitize every machine or technology device after the patient uses it. They do offer a variety of cute name brand glasses to purchase. They also offer free snacks while you wait.

I couldn't be more happier with my experience at Bluebonnet Optometry! From the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly. Sarah was so nice and very helpful! She answered any question I had during my visit and was super friendly. I didn't have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Gandara who was so friendly and professional! She explained to me everything I needed to know about my eyes, even showing me pictures of the inside of both my eyes and explaining to me the parts of my eyes and what she saw. I've gone to so many optometrist in my life and no other doctor has ever shown me pictures of my eyes. She answered every question I had during my exam and listened to all my concerns about my eyes and contact issues. In the end she recommended new contacts and they feel so much better. After the exam, I was helped by Nadine and she also was very helpful and very friendly! She explained to me all the payment details and helped fix my crooked glasses. And even after the visit and I was walking out she ran out the door to stop me because I forgot something inside the office. This place is great, friendly, helpful and this honestly was the best experience I've have at an Optometrist!

The wait was quick & the optometrist was very knowledgeable. The staff team were also very helpful and explained my insurance coverage very well. They possess great customer service skills and are very welcoming.I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for an eye doctor. You will not be disappointed!
