This place is always professional, quick, and has some of the most helpful people in the dispensary. They always know what frames are going to look good on you and are so friendly and patient.

Love the figurines ! Every time I bring my Ma there are different ones ! Oh ! Ma says everyone is Great here too , at all levels from associates to Dr. 's ! This is a 4 Star because I am not a patient here so I can not say but I hear comments from patients & family members .

Minor eye surgery procedure. Appointment was at 830 am. For 3.5 hours- every 15-30 minutes I was told the doctor was on the way. Every time, the examination process is like an assembly line.. multiple stations involved. The last refraction- done by a young tech- was off. The doctor didn't catch it. After 20 years I'm not going back.

I took my mom for her appointment which was scheduled for 2:30pm. Got there at 2:15pm. She wasn't called until 5pm. I let the doctor know how I felt about that. I told the doctor he should not stack appointments on top of each other. He has no regard for the patient waiting for hours and only to be seen for 5 minutes. My mom was 89 years old. It was unacceptable! Took my mom to another doctor and they saw her in 15 minutes. Didn't have to wait hours. Don't go to this doctor.

I was scheduled for eye surgery 3 times since early May and now They rescheduled me the first 2 times. The last surgery was scheduled for September 23. I heard nothing until a few days before. At that time I called and spoke with the surgery nurse. She told me that she had a few other things to confirm but that she would call me back later in the day or the next morning. I never heard from them though I did leave several messages and as the day progressed, I left them an Urgent message. I never heard back. I never had the surgery and no calls or explanation of why I was being treated in such an unprofessional manner. Add insult to injury, I am disabled. with Parkinson's disease and I need to start the process of finding a new doctor and surgery all over again

Everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr. Smith is amazing, he is full of positivity. He and his staff are patient and kind. I didn't feel rushed or ashamed of how bad my vision is, as I've felt in some past experiences. Dr. Smith also helped me worry less by explaining what is wrong with my eyesight and answering questions I wouldn't have the courage to ask because of how embarrassed I was about my bad vision. In the end it was a great and informative experience. The Optical Dispensary on the first floor has an awesome attentive staff as well. I didn't feel like they were pushing for a sale, in fact I felt that I got a great deal! The value is outstanding and the frames were stylish.

I've come here a couple of years now, but will not be returning after today. The staff and workers are great, but ever since the practice was bought out by a new owner the service (wait times are crazy, lobby is usually overcrowded to the point of having to stand against a wall waiting) has gone WAY down hill. Seems the new owner only cares about ramming as many people as possible through like cattle through the chutes. Just waited two hours for a specialist to see my wife for LESS THAN 10 minutes and tell us to go to her primary doctor. We were only even here because she was referred to an ophthalmologist by her optometrist (at this office, mind you) during her regular exam. And this was even after she herself said there were some unexplained issues w her vision. I hate to say it, since some of the staff are truly great (like Anthony - personable, likable, and genuinely pleasant to work with), but me and my family will be finding a new location for eye exams, glasses, and eye specialists when needed. Very disappointed with our experiences in office lately. Oh well.

Bad place for surgery this guys schedule my in-law for surgery at 11:30 am and he needed to be fasting, 1:30 minutes later and he just got called to sign for medical records released don't put your family members on this situation find a different place, it was too late for us
