I called to see what my last prescription was to give to my new I Dr ( because I moved out of state) I was told I had to pay $25 just know know what my prescription was. How can a company hold my prescription that I paid for and had been going there for years! I called my new I Dr and told them what Bright eyes said and they agreed that it's insane they can't give me my information. This place is trying to nickel and dime you for everything. Im so glad I moved and don't have to deal with them anymore. Don't waste your time.

Really like this place for my teenage. She really appreciated the fact that the gentleman that helped her with her glasses was so nice and even was helping her with some suggestions she might like. So that's why we gave them five stars also my husband got glasses from there and he really appreciated everyone there.

My family and I have been coming here for years. Last year I had to come in to the store to get an appointment because they don't answer the phone or return messages. Again this year I call during the hours mentioned in the recording and they never answer. I'm going to find a new place that actually wants customers.

My wife and I were very please with them.They explain everything to us both. And to my wife in Spanish and she was able to ask questions. Her self to the doctor. Who spoke English and Spanish. So If you looking for a good eyes exam doctor who understand stands and speaks Spanish for your Mom Dad grandparents. Tell them to call or stop by very professional service.
