Brown Retina Institute

From day one of meeting the staff and Dr. Brown I was impressed with the customer service part of this clinic. They are all very friendly and compassionate to your questions and concerns All the way through the surgery and after, they show a very high level of interest in how I was feeling and the progress of my surgery. I highly recommend this Institute for your need in eye protection and repair. You all are the very best. Keep up the great work.

My visit with dr brown is awesome he's the best eye dr in the world

My husband was referred to Dr Brown. His appointment was at 5 pm, and we arrived at 4:30 pm. The staff is friendly, but it is now 6:46 and we are still waiting to see the doctor. He may be good (per other reviews) but there is little concern for the schedules of patients. I think appointments must be scheduled too close together. The waiting room was completely full when we arrived. I don't know how much longer we will have to wait. My husband is very frustrated.

The entire office staff is friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. My experience was that they patiently described what procedures would take place, what I could expect during the procedures and answered any questions I had. Dr. Brown comes across as the consummate professional - never rushed, extremely friendly and warm. The first technician I spoke with told me Dr. Brown was an excellent employer. You can tell his office staff are satisfied in their work, long tenured and respected.

The staff was hospitable and kind. I'm typically anxious for any medical visit and they were accommodating and helpful. Dr. Brown was sincere, kind and explained everything in depth. I asked many questions and he was so helpful in throughly explaining the details to me. I highly recommend this doctor and helpful staff. Jennifer, who checked me in, was especially helpful in giving me details of prices and procedures! 5 +++ stars! (It's so good to know there are Doctors and staff with great bedside manner these days!)

My first time to visit the center. The entire staff was very courteous. Spent the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why. Dr Brown did a excellent job explaining what he was looking for and going over all the details of what he saw and what that meant. John Walker

Every member of the staff is so professional & helpful. Now, Dr Brown I love ! I shouldn't say that, but I am so thankful he is so caring, professional, pleasant, smart & educated. Did I say professional & smart. He is my favorite Doctor & I go to a lot of Doctors. I highly recommend Dr Jeremiah Brown & his office staff.

We have an autistic son, age 26, who had a detached retina. We never knew when it happened because with his disability comes , lack of communication. We discovered it at a routine eye appointment, by our ophthalmologist. It was an old injury, no one knew when it happened. I found out about Dr. Brown from a friend , whose husband used Dr. Brown, and spoke very highly of him. Dr. Brown is very skilled and capable! He performed two surgeries which right now have retained his retina. I knew my son would not understand all the special guidelines to recover, such as hold your head down, take it easy for a while, etc.Dr. Brown understood this and decided he had to perform a more delicate, and stronger method of surgery, so he used the buckle and oil surgery. Time will tell what kind of vision our son will regain, but the type of surgery Dr. Brown performed is what I would call miraculous. Any vision he regains will be thanks to Dr. Brown. I am so grateful we had a friend who knew Dr. Brown and his work. Dr. Brown has MANY accolades and achievements, but to help an autistic man, with little to offer in life, but joy and love to his family and friends, is a man of great integrity. He and his staff have been so kind and supportive in many ,many, ways. I would recommend him 5 stars..... not just from his great achievements as a doctor, but also from his great kindness, and care for his patients.
