Very professional and thorough. Fully Explained changes in my vision and made recommendations I could understand. Dr. Jones and her staff are great.

They got my 2 girls in last minute on a Friday afternoon, since girls were leaving town the next morning. No unreasonable wait either! Not only did a great, thorough exam but great personalities to go with the great care and kept things moving along until we were done! First-time here for an eye exam. I was greeted promptly and after completing patient paperwork I was taken to complete some vision tests. After this, the doctor performed more vision tests and my exam was completed and I was.given my prescription. Fast and friendly staff who provide a pleasant experience in getting an eye exam.

This is the second year I went here. The staff is amazing. They took good care of us and answered all our questions. Appointment was on time and there was no rush. Very knowledgeable. Thank you

I love Dr Jones! She is very personable and knowledgeable. The staff keeps everything rolling on time :) Highly recommend!! 1 year later.... still seeing the best eye doctor!! Revising this 7 months later...my mom waited 2 hours before being seen. All paperwork previously done, no changes to medical history. A month after mom was seen I went for a routine eye exam and waited 30 minutes before having my eyes checked with the machines with the tech and then placed back into the waiting room for another 50 minutes before seeing the doctor. All the patients in the waiting room were annoyed with how long they were waiting. Apologizing for being disrespectful of your patients' time is one thing, actually doing something about is another. Standard wait time should be less than 20 minutes from appointment time. I understand things happen but it's starting to become a norm, perhaps schedule your patients further apart from each other to be more respectful of their time, or at least let them know that things are running slow or behind and offer opportunity to reschedule without a fee. Also, this is the only doctor's office that is still requiring masks. Don't let office policies and mismanagement ruin your name Dr Jones.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the staff from the front desk to the tech to the optometrist. The entire process was smooth. They even called my insurance company to double check a question I had. For my next appointment, I will ask my insurance company to send me back just so I can see Suzanne Jones, OD! She was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything so I could understand. She was personable and had excellent bedside manner. Thank you clearview!

My visit was smooth and amazing. Dr. Jones was helpful and answered all my questions. Her staff was on the case to help too... Madison was very attentive in ironing out problems my insurance was giving me and explained it all. 10/10!!!
