Office us clean & staff is good however, theres always like a 2hr wait to get a 5min. Procedure done by Dr. Barrett In addition, she really lacks in bedside manners she doesnt even say hello or explain what she's about to do to put you at ease.

Dr. Barrett is extremely thorough during her review of your Retina tests. The facility has excellent staff to assist her and they all take great care in what they do for her. I think she could use a more 'modern' facility as her current facility does not do her and her hard working staff true medical justice!!

In July '25, I decided to seek a civilian retina Dr opinion after 2yrs of VA & AF tests & consultation. After eye tests & pictures in July, Dr Barrett said she cudnt make any recommendations until she received the results of the VA & AF work which she (her office) wud request. After 6 months In my Jan '26 appointment & after eye.tests & pictures, Dr Barrett said they had NOT rcvd VA or AF work BUT based on her tests & my loss of vision there wasn't anything she cud recommend or do that wud help restore my vision problems. And then she recommended I make another appointment for tests & pics with her! Seems like her "no help" recommendation wudnt require another appointment for tests & pics...... I'm not going to waste time and money for another "no help" appointment with Dr Barrett's office.

I was rather disappointed wity last visit, I had missed an appointment and had to reschedule ,it took me a long time to reschedule because I was constantly put on hold and after about twenty minutes of being on hold I would hang up After several attempts at calling with no success I decided to go into s local branch to make another appointment and was successful. So when I saw the doctor she seemed upset that I had missed an appointment which is fine but the reason she gave is because vshe had to fill out extra paper work ,she did not ask or show any concern as to why I missed appointment it seemed her only concern was her inconveniences in having to fill out paperwork then proceed to tell me that I only had one good eye and that I shouldn't miss appointments as if I was not aware of this. I guess my point is she could have been more sensitive or compassionate in how she communicated.
