I saw Dr. Runey a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier with my experience! She did a very thorough examinations and answered all of my questions. Her bedside manner and compassionate care was noticeable. She also has the newest technologies and did a retinal exam without dilation which was a huge plus! She even addressed my dry eye issues and since the visit my problem has almost completely resolved. I highly recommend her!

About Dr. Emilia Runey

Dr. Emilia Runey attended the University of California Irvine where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology in 2009. Dr. Runey earned her Optometry degree from the University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in 2018. Dr. Runey is a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist licensed in the state of Texas that is honored to serve San Antonio by providing all types of eye care services and managing many different types of ocular disease including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration and dry eyes.
