Unfortunately my wife's insurance changed but the lady at the front desk took the time to help her find another doctor that would work. Her spending a few extra minutes out of her day means a lot, thanks again we need more people like you

I've been a patient of hers for over 20 years. She's wonderful! She's efficient and professional and always greets me with a big smile. I hope she never retires!

I will start by saying i like Dr Holt, always took care of my eye issues. Unfortunately her billing is questionable and i am a cash pay patient. I went during Covid protocol, which is fine i understand. Was charged extra 85$ for a literal 2 minute follow up 1week after first visit. Eye is fine goodbye, 85$. Not happy but whatever. 2 months later get collections notice from her office out of Boerne for an additional $50 dollars. Called office, girls said they don't know why, nothing in folder, but have to call the billing guy in Boerne to find out. Multiple calls no response or return call over a month period. I let it go. Nothing in folder right? Her office sent to collections, can't tell me why they are charging $50, to a cash pay customer, month's after visit. But off to collections for me. Shady billing practices, clueless staff and completely non responsive collections guy. Truly disappointed in an actual good doctor, but ripping off customers is not right. Dr Holt you should be ashamed of such practices under your management!! Very sad and shady

During the Martin Luther King weekend, I was diagnosed with conjunctivitis at an emergency clinic. As soon as the meds were prescribed, I immediately started using them. Unfortunately, my eye didn't get better, it got worse! My vision was blurred, eye was now blood shot red, and the left side of my face was swollen! Because of the holiday weekend, I feared calling an ophthalmologist's office for an appointment Monday morning would be difficult! I called early in the morning to Dr. Holt's office since I'd seen her previously for an eye wellness check. There was no so I left a detailed message. A receptionist returned my called about 15 minutes later to inform me that she'd see me as soon as I was available! I immediately went to her office, and she discovered that I was having an allergic reaction to the initial medication prescribed by the emergency clinic! She is currently treating me with different meds and trying to prevent any permanent damage that the other meds may have caused! Dr. Holt is gentle, kind, and compassionate! Thank you Dr. Holt!

Great office, visit was fast, but very efficient. Would recommend to family and friends. Being a patient for a few years now. You can also get your glasses next door!!! Dr. Holt is amazing!!!

Worst "bedside manner" for a doctor. Arrogant and rude and unable to handle anything other than basic optometry and literally argued with me and told me she "didnt believe" medical documents right in frony of her even when out of her scope of practice. Totally veebally attacked me. Then at the end she smiled and said she would see me again in 3 months. I would never see this doctor again.

Fast, friendly and efficient. The office was clean, welcoming, and comfortable.

Dr. Holt is wonderful. An excellent ophthalmologist who is kind, compassionate and just as importantly, she has a competent and caring staff.
