Dr. Jose San Martin III Optometrist

My children have been coming here since they were toddlers. They and I love Dr Martin. Never had any issues the many years my children have been coming here until the end of last year. Horrible horrible horrible customer service from the ladies upfront. HARDLY EVER can I get someone to answer the phone. Very rude and very unprofessional. I've tried getting my children a appointment for a few months now. When they didn't have anything soon as was told they do walk ins. But every time I call, they aren't doing them that week. And to top it off, they are no longer seeing more than 2 siblings per appointment per day. That's the only reason why I've been trying to get in as a walk in. I called 2 weeks ago and asked 1 of the ladies to please have Dr San Martin call me so I can express my frustration and to this day, nothing! Very sad, now I'm looking for another place to take my children.

I have been going with my mom since I was a kid and now I take my daughter. I absolutely love Mr. Martin he always makes myself and my daughter laugh and always lets her pick a pretty rock before we leave (as he's done with me when I was a kid). He's a great eye doctor and would definitely recommend him.

Ive been coming here for YEARS!! Since I was in high school Dr. Martin is a great! Very friendly & is all about the patient. BUT I CAN NOT STAND TO DEAL with his STAFF!! They're beyond RUDE. Whenever I go to sign in they look at you with a blank face don't even say hi, how are you? Nothing. Than I'll ask a question & there's this lady that'll sigh and say what's your name? And than she'll turn to the computer like if someone is forcing her!! It's customer service ladies if you're not up for dealing with people go elsewhere!! I'm sure there plenty of other people that are friendly to fill your position!

Took my daughter and the staff was not rude! Waiting time was reasonable. The doctor was the BOMB very nice, he pointed out things no one else has found in my daughters eyes. I recommend him!!!!!

Office location is great, but office and staff aren't great. Doctor should have staff be honest if you walk in they'll have you come back after after hour wondering around mall will have you waiting to see doctor for up to three hours if you walk in its better to make an appointment. Walk in patients waiting is ridiculous!

Absolutely very unprofessional! In all ways shape and form.. Over the phone very very rude and unprofessional. Acused patient of lying. Will never go back to give my business again. Dr. Is very kind but STAFF IS UNBELIEVABLE RUDE!

Doc is awesome but like everyone says the girls in the front are pretty rude.

Dr. will definitely take care of you and make sure everything is just right. He's awesome!
