I was so pleasantly surprised by my visit to Dr. Rigsby. He is super kind and was so thorough with the eye exam. It's a very small office without all the unneeded pizazz and as far as I can tell he is the only doctor which is so nice!! I will be a patient forever.

Best experience I've had getting eye exam and contacts! Dr Rigsby takes the time with you to make the best choice for YOU! Yes there is a longer wait time during appointments but it is definitely worth the wait for the quality of care I feel I was provided! This is not one of those offices that gets you in, gives an RX and takes your payment never to see you again. We tweaked my RX 3x and I couldn't be happier with the end results! Thanks Dr Rigsby!

My wife woke up on a Saturday morning with a matted eye that was very painful. Our optometrist is not open on Saturday. After looking through reviews, we decided to call Dr. Rigsby's office to try to get an appointment. The staff was extremely helpful and they worked her into the schedule (a relief to us as we did not want to end up in the ER and she needed relief from the pain she was experiencing). The staff was very friendly and Dr. Rigsby was very professional. He took care of the issue! Overall, a good experience!
