Took my 5 yr old daughter to see Dr. Susan Klemens and she was absolutely patient with her. I think my daughter felt too comfortable that she was being silly during her eye exam.
Jackie, who helps with the front desk, is the epitome of great customer service! I've met a few who really stand out with going above and beyond to make patients feel welcomed -- and Jackie is one of them!

Hands down the most inviting vision center. Dr Klemens office be small but the service was exceptional. The receptionist greeted at the door. No long wait times. Dr Klemens and staff made sure to explain each step and ease my 9yr old's mind (she is not a fan of the puff of air). They engaged in conversation, getting to know my children while providing care. Will bring my children each and every time.

Her staff she's very kind and friendly & she will assist you immediately without waiting. Dr. Susan she's the best optometrist, and I highly recommend her, she's very professional and she explained everything clearly about your concerns without asking any questions, she's very helpful when it comes to your insurance or concerns, very friendly, and kind. What a gem! My family and I needed our eyes checked after going two years without seeing an optometrist due to an issue we had before. Dr. Klemens was on our insurance's website, so I called and was able to get in. The front desk staff is super friendly and welcoming. The paperwork was a breeze. And it didn't take long for us to be seen. Dr. Klemens was very thorough, kind, and caring. The kind of doctor you hope you get, but usually don't, haha! I hope she's still here next year for our yearly checkups, because she was more than I expected. Thank you thank you for taking the time to check our eyes!
