Excellent experience! The initial online registration, scheduling, and document submittal process was painless and quick. On the day of my appointment they were ready for me as soon as I walked in. Dr. Nguyen was thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable. The retinal imaging service was easy and I highly recommend it over dilation. I opted for both glasses and contacts and the process for both was quick and simple. The showroom is beautiful with plenty of space, lots of natural light, and uncluttered displays that were organized and clean. Perla assisted me in picking out the frames and lenses I wanted, and walked me step by step through the insurance coverages and my responsibilities. Absolutely wonderful place to trust your vision to. Thanks!

I had a wonderful experience at this office! Upon arrival for my young daughter's appointment, I was immediately greeted with smiling faces. A young woman (I'm so sorry I have forgotten her name) worked so well with my daughter for her very first optometry appointment. Dr. George was amazingly patient with my very shy 5-year-old. He did not rush but took the time to ask my daughter questions and provided me with thorough explanations about everything that was being completed. After my daughter's eye exam the same young woman who greeted us and performed some of the preliminary eye tests took my daughter and I around to view frames. This young woman was not only patient as my daughter tried on several different pairs of glasses, but she truly made my daughter's experience fun! While my daughter picked out glasses, I was able to narrow down a few frames I liked for myself. The young woman made note of the frames I liked in my chart so I could make a final decision when I returned for my own appointment. When I returned I worked with a young man named Derrick who was extremely kind! Dr. George's chair-side manner was just as wonderful as it was days before when he worked with my daughter. Both the doctor and his team members made me aware of all out of pocket costs and presented me with contact lens/glasses options that were most affordable with my insurance. The office is beautiful, modern, and has a great frame selection for both children and adults! The doctor and his team members are fantastic! My daughter loves her new glasses, and I'm excited to pick up mine soon! An all around excellent experience for my entire family!

After a bad experience with another optical shop here in town I was thrilled with the service and quality of Elite Vision. Jasmine was so helpful and called me within hours of the labs discontinued service regarding one choice for my lens. Jasmine advised me and with the small change and she was able to order them that Friday. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the text that my NEW glasses were ready to be picked up and fitted the following Tuesday. That was fast. Plus they are correctly made. I will be using them in the future and recommend them if your in the market for new specs. They also had a lot of frames to choose from and I got my beautiful glasses in three working days.

My new doctor and new place to get glasses and contacts. Everyone here is so great! Dr. Nguyen takes his time and is very thorough on his exam. The process of ordering contacts was very quick. They checked my benefits and I knew exactly what was covered and what i was paying for. My contacts came in quick. My glasses came even quicker. They had them ready SAME DAY! I am so impressed!! Normally they can take 1-2 weeks, but they had everything available in house and was ready within a couple hours. I am so incredibly happy with Elite Vision! I usually dread this process, but it was painless and even an enjoyable and luxurious experience at Elite Vision!

Elite vision has an excellent patient care and attention. The experience from scheduling my appointment to having my exam taken as well as my lenses ordered and placed on my frames was easy and enjoyable. All the staff is friendly and welcoming, they all are ready to discuss any option you might want to go with.

Went in for a routine eye exam and was shocked by the aesthetics of the office. It's absolutely gorgeous, very spacious, with a great selection of frames to choose from. I was greeted upon entry by the very courteous staff. Jazmine made me feel welcome immediately. Once in the exam room, Dr. Nguyen came in within a couple of minutes and made me feel as if I was his only patient of the day. He was very thorough in explaining all of the procedures and took the time to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this office if you're tired of being rushed through an exam by all of the optometrists attached to the big national chains.

Elite Vision is the absolute best! My wife and I have been going here for 2 years now and each time Dr. George and his staff have gone the extra mile to help us in making sure all our vision needs are met. The office is beautiful, the staff is great, and Dr. George is incredibly talented, patient, and friendly. We will never go anywhere else and 100% recommend them.

This was by far the most pleasant exam and shopping experience for glasses. Kaitlyn was so patient in dealing with us, even after spending 2.5 hours with us. Additionally, Dr George immediately noticed that the old prescription on my daughter's glasses was waaaaaay too strong. He corrected the prescription and now my daughter has no more migraines!!! :) Thank you very much for your thoroughness and your patience! You are our new optometrist office!
