Excellent Eye Care

I walked into this place randomly and asked if they were taking walk in appointments, they told me they had someone else also waiting to be seen but I could be seen right after. So I decided to stay and wait to be seen, it wasn't a long wait and Dr. Hachem was awesome. Been seeing him for 3 years now, I like the convenience of them being open on weekends since I work all week. The receptionist was very helpful with answering all my questions regarding contact lenses. She also gave me a free sample to take home. I was impressed with the service I was provided with, being that I was just a walk in I wasn't expecting anything too over the top. As a medical office supervisor, I have high standards and they went beyond them!

Dr. Graciela Sable is the best! She takes her time to talk with you about any issues or concerns you may have. I even opted out of vision insurance at work because she isn't under my plan and it's worth paying for the visit.

So upsetting...walked in and patiently waited for about 5 minutes if not longer. Receptionist walks in and was rude and very unfriendly. Unfortunately did not even get to get appt scheduled because of the unprofessionalism of the receptionist on duty at the time.
